Good value for the price, but minimalistic and not very central.
Pros:

It's a good value for the price and totally fine if you need nothing more than a bed to sleep in.

Cons:

I did have a few little issues:
- The bed lights did not work (or I could not make them work anyways).
- The light in the bathroom had a very weird timer, it went off after 2 seconds and you had to move a lot/all the time and almost open the door so it would go on / stay on again.
-There was an AC fan that I could turn off, but there also seemed to be another fan/aeriation for the bathroom that made a little noise all night (and couldn't be turned off). It's not a big deal but I am used to total silence in my bedroom, so it bothered me a bit.
-The location is pretty far from the center, more than I thought, and not very accessible by public transport, so I ended up taking electro scooters (which worked well thanks to the good weather) or Ubers all the time. But well, that's not the property's fault of course.
