Pros:

Super freundliches Personal und Hotelleitung. Man wird von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute daran erinnert, dass man hier ist um Urlaub zu machen und um sich zu erholen.

Pros:

Aussergewöhnlich nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, leckere und üppige Speisen, saubere und moderne Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre, kleine aber feine Sauna und Hotel ist gut gelegen.

Pros:

Ein wunderschönes liebevoll geführtes Hotel, etwas abseits der Pisten (die aber dennoch mit Auto oder Skibus gut zu erreichen sind). Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) war immer sehr gut, die Bedienung und auch die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Saunalandschaft mit 3 verschiedenen Saunen. 1x in der Woche gibt es Hausmusik vom Anton in der Hausbar, bei der nochmal richtig Stimmung aufkommt.
Rundum, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, möchten uns dafür bei der Famile Pohl und allen Angestellten bedanken und wünschen alles Gute!

Výborný rodinný hotel v dobrej polohe na začiatku Ötztalu v rozumnej vzdialenosti do viacerých lyžiarskych stredísk. Personál veľmi milý. Výborná strava - raňajky formou bohatého bufetu, večere servírované. Veľkosť izby vyhovuje. Príjemný wellness s tromi saunami. Lyžiareň trocha menšia, ale postačuje, k dispozícii dostatok sušičov na lyžiarky.

Cons:

Wellness nemá bazén, ten je iba vonkajší, v zime mimo prevádzky. Parkovanie trocha problematickejšie, menšie, ale zmestili sme sa.

Würde diese Hotel sofort wieder buchen
Pros:

Vom Empfang über das Servicepersonal bis zu den Chefs durchaus sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitdenker. Man merkte jederzeit das eine gute Stimmung untereinander herscht.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit liebevollen Gastgebern
Pros:

Wir wurden liebevoll empfangen obwohl wir vor der angefragten Check In Zeit ankamen. Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch und auch sauber und wir konnten es direkt beziehen.
Der Saunabereich war einwandfrei sauber, hübsch gemacht, mit kostenlosen Getränken und kleinen Snacks sowie einem Ruheraum mit Blick auf die Berge.
Das Abendessen war wirklich unfassbar gut und auch beim Frühstück gab es immer eine sehr große Auswahl an leckeren, frischen Sachen wie Obst und von Brötchen bis Müsli war einfach alles dabei.
Wir waren zum Skifahren da und wir konnten mit dem kostenlosen Skishuttle direkt vom Hotel zum Lift fahren.

Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Hotel mit wirklich liebenswerten Menschen, sehr viel Freundlichkeit und einer tollen Atmosphäre.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Wir konnten unser Zimmer ( wir bekamen ein größeres Zimmer als das was wir gebucht hatten ) schon vor 15 Uhr beziehen
Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet!

Da gibt es gar nichts!
