A wonderful stay with excellent food, attentive staff, and beautiful views.
Pros:

Excellent food from breakfast through dinner, including cakes and desserts. The receptionist was very kind and made my birthday feel extra special. The restaurant staff were attentive and proactive, always making sure guests were well taken care of. The views from the room, restaurant, and garden are absolutely stunning. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay next time. A thoughtful gift was a lovely touch. We appreciate it so much.

Cons:

The sauna hours could be extended, either opening earlier or closing later, as they currently overlap with dinner time, which makes it a bit hard to enjoy both.

We were very happy with our stay and recommend it for a nice weekend hiking trip with spa moment in summer.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing, so helpful and kind. It was very well equipped with a lot of amenities. The spa and rooms were also lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and very premium.

Cons:

Considering the temperature/transition season some amenities were closed like the outdoor pool and the panoramic terraces. There is a nice bar and game room but closes too early in the evening and the games were only subject to payment.

Ein liebevoll geführtes Hotel für die ganze Familie
Pros:

Das Hotel weiß, wie eine gastfreundliche Atmosphäre aussieht: Hier bekommt man als Gast sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit, bereits zur Begrüßung! Außerdem wird selbst an Kleinigkeiten noch gedacht, wie z. B. die Möglichkeit, die Bademäntel für den Spa-Aufenthalt zu markieren, ein Waschbecken mit Bürste im Skiraum oder die Hunde-Trocken-Station vor der Tür. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt zusätzlich kleine Highlights wie die Demonstration der Herstellung und die Verkostung des hausgemachten Schinkens… Super! Es gab eine Yogastunde und weitere Aktivitäten.

Cons:

Fast nichts: Es wären auch fast 10 Punkte geworden. Das Frühstücks- und Salatbuffet waren großartig und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Geschmack der warmen Speisen war insgesamt gut, schwankend zwischen sehr gut (die Polenta!) und befriedigend. Die Patisserie ist allerdings nicht die Stärke des Kochs. Auch der Service war zuerst fast überpräsent und zuletzt personell etwas ausgedünnt.
NEUTRAL: Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig und am Ortsrand eines kleinen Dorfes ohne andere touristische Einrichtungen. Der Skibus ab Hotel ist eine gute Lösung, ansonsten ist das eigene Auto hilfreich oder man geht die 10-15 Minuten hinunter zur Orts-Bushaltestelle.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.
