Pros:

An excellent hotel with good spa facilities and good choice of restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks & gratitude to Mr. Babu (Peacock Restaurant Manager) and Mr. Kanappan (Latest Recipes Restaurant Manager). Both outlet Managers take wonderful care of their dining guests to ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel in Coimbatore.

Le merdian is a good property

Again refonfirmed
Again at 6.30 pm vefore boardinv my plane tslked snd messaged saying i will reach by 10.oo pm

But when i reached, tgdy said my room us cancelled at 10.30 p.m

My question is no cordination and not relaluble .

Once we book thrpugh sny app , if we dont cone witjout proper cancellation, we have yo pay.

So pls next time you havd to show your reliability.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the entire experience very relaxing. The room was clean and spacious, and the overall ambience was excellent.
A special mention to Mametha from the Front Office, who was extremely warm, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Her welcoming attitude and excellent service made me feel truly valued as a guest.
Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. I would definitely recommend Le Méridien and look forward to staying here again!

Unprofessional receptionists and poor checking and check process
Pros:

The service at the reception is dropping down .
Generally it’s a hotel I have enjoyed visiting but this month stayed twice and the experience was very disappointing .
Booked via the app .
Check in and check out experience were pathetic
No one picks up the phone after 10.30 pm
Irene and Anitha at the reception are extremely unprofessional . The staff should be taught professional gestures .
However the staff at the room service , restaurant and concierge services were very courteous and helpful .

Nice hotel but unclean rooms
Pros:

The hotel staff were lovely and very welcoming and so helpful. Facilities were good.

Cons:

Unclean rooms. Dressing gown had brown dirt marks. No light bulb above shower.
