Good experience here! Housekeeping was good. Mr Robin Abraham was kind enough to help us. Staff are very friendly and I’m sure you will like it.
The reception area and the front lobby are pretty expansive. The rooms are spacious. Although we ran into a little trouble with a malfunctioning shower earlier but they changed our room. The rooms are spacious and with twin beds can easily accommodate a family of 4. The pool view rooms are worth with a lot of natural light pouring in. The housekeeping is great too.
Coming to the restaurant, the buffet during breakfast and lunch serve a delectable variety. As a family we really liked the peri peri fish cutlets and the dessert section definitely deserves a praise. Special mention to Chef Dominic, Mr. Balalkrishnan, Diya, Kiran, Niwma, Anisha, Ninwhang Sherpa, Shiva for making our meal times so comfortable with their hospitality and warm smiles.

I’m a regular visitor for business purpose and travel alone. The most welcoming Experience that I get is the hospitality of the staff. Every time that I come here makes me warmly welcome. Have nice conversations, catchup with what’s happening. All the time makes me feel like staying with a family.

I stayed in room 5009. The room was excellent and the food & beverages are outstanding. All the staff are well taken care of, from the front office to all the restaurants. Definitely, I will recommend it to my friends and family.
One of the best business hotel and staff from front office were exceptional, from the check in till check out they taken care us very well specially Ganesh, Ajith, Aneesh and shivanand.

Nothing
This is a huge hotel built over a large area and everything appears grand. The breakfast at the restaurant too was fantastic. Wouldn't mind staying here again on a business trip although the hotel is located well outside the city.
Some parts of the hotel feel dated and could use refurbishment. The Peacock restaurant too feels like it is in shambles and could do with a major change. Most of the equipment in the gym are dated.
