Delicious meal and excellent service
Pros:

My second meal at the Le Merdian - Ponzu resturant.
Service was excellent from Pratima, she helped me choose from the extensive menu.
The food was delicious, full of taste and beautifully presented by Jithin.
I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

An absolute gem of a hotel, highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the incredibly friendly and responsive staff. A special thank you goes to Mr. Abu, who truly went above and beyond for our family. When we experienced an issue with our air conditioning, he immediately moved us to a room on a higher floor. He was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Furthermore, when two of us fell ill, he arranged a hassle-free doctor's visit for us.We also want to thank Mr. Rajesh, who personally came over to our table during meals to check on the food and served us attentively. Special thanks to Mr. Ramu as well for his warm and welcoming greetings at the front of the hotel.On top of the rare level of care and hospitality, the hotel offers excellent value for money with big, clean rooms. We highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful stay

This is my first stay at Le Méridien Coimbatore. The Front Office team member who check in Anandhi, was very professional and had excellent communication skills. She explained the hotel facilities clearly and also provided useful information about Coimbatore, which made my stay more enjoyable. The room was very comfortable, and I had a wonderful experience. I am very happy with my stay and am planning to return again in September. Thank you, Anandhi, for your excellent service and hospitality.

Outstanding Service at Le Méridien Coimbatore

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Le Méridien Coimbatore.

A special thank you to Nima, Rajesh, Praveen, Akta, Diya, and Irin for their exceptional service. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their communication was excellent, they were always attentive to our needs, and they consistently went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued.

What impressed us most was their positive attitude, kindness, and dedication. No request was ever too much, and every task was handled with efficiency and a smile. They truly made our stay memorable.

A special mention also goes to Team Chef Mantu. He has built and led an outstanding team. The high standards, teamwork, professionalism, and guest-focused approach are clearly a reflection of his excellent leadership and commitment to service excellence.

The entire team made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Their hospitality exceeded our expectations and is one of the main reasons we would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.
