Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
Pros:

The location is convenient. Rajesh, a member of the staff, was very helpful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The lobby area is pleasant, and the beds were comfortable. We also ordered food through room service, and the in-room dining was very good.

Cons:

We requested an iron and a hair dryer, but they were not available in the room. The first room we were assigned had an unpleasant smell, so we requested a room change.

The ironing board and iron were in poor condition, and unfortunately, my dress was burned while using them. The lighting in the room was also inadequate.

We had planned to have an early breakfast before checking out, but the food was not ready at 6:30 a.m., which was disappointing.

The towels were not as white as expected, and the bed sheets could also be cleaner and whiter.

Pros:

Recently we stayed in Le Meridien coimbatore. Our heartful thanks to Guests relation manager Mrs.Ananthi who took care for us during our entire stay with upgrading our room and food as we preferred. We appreciate her kind services to the senior citizen guests like us. Our best wishes to her.

Pros:

Excellent. Matches the standards of Marriott properties to the core. Very spacious rooms which can easily accommodate 2 adults and 1 kid. Brilliant restaurant vibes though we did not have food. A tad away from the airport especially in traffic hours.

We had a wonderful experience at Le Meridien Coimbatore. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious with a great variety of dishes.

A special thanks to Rajesh for his outstanding hospitality. He explained each food item clearly, served us with great politeness, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal. His friendly attitude and attentive service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Pros:

It was one of the memorable stays for me only because hotel team was really helpful. Thanks to Raja taking care of the requests and to Priyanka and Chef Sanjay 👏 for making my family's stay very comfortable and pleasant. It's a delayed feedback but it has been on top of my mind that I have to write about the great stay, good property and helpful team.

For travellers:
1. It's a towering high rise property with amazing views from the top, so, prefer higher floors for your stay.
2. Share your preferences in advance and it is quite possible that they are taken care of well.
3. Our upgraded suite room was well decked up with amenties and was very spacious, see pics.
4. Breakfast area is a busy place as Westin is a renowned place in Kolkata and well occupied most of the time.
5. Beautiful lobby area, views from the lifts descending down in the lobby area are really great and my kids really enjoyed the same.
6. Large king beds and comfortable furnitures were an add on.
7. We asked for baby cot and were very well provided with a very well done baby cot. Thank you🥰.
As it was a very short one night stay, could not explore the entire property and services but all that I experienced was really good.

Will come again soon❤️.
