Ottimo per relax in montagna
Pros:

Struttura ottima personale molto cordiale

Cons:

Non ce la possibilità di disdire la prenotazione; quindi, in caso di impossibilità nel raggiungere la struttura per qualsiasi motivo , la perdita è del costo totale della prenotazione e lo trovo piuttosto assurdo

We have stayed here several times, and it never disappoints. The staff are always incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The food is simply fantastic, and the surrounding area is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Nach einigen wunderschönen Aufenthalten im Resort, war dieser leider sehr enttäuschend.
Pros:

Die Lage zum Skigebiet, Zimmer und Wellnessbereich sowie Buffet Angebot. Aufgrund dessen waren wir schon mehrmals im NockResort

Cons:

Sehr enttäuscht waren wir über den Service beim Abendessen, keine Kontrolle über Benutzung von Sauna und Wellnessbereich (keine Einhaltung von Saunaregeln, Kinder im Whirlpool und keine Entspannung aufgrund von Lautstärke). Zudem war die Heizung im Badezimmer defekt, die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin war zwar bemüht, die Heizung konnte jedoch nicht aktiviert werden, somit war das Duschen nach dem Skifahren nur im Kalten Badezimmer möglich.

Pros:

tel nás velmi mile překvapil. Ubytování bylo pěkné, čisté a pohodlné. Velkým plusem byly opravdu bohaté snídaně, kde si každý mohl vybrat podle chuti. Večeře byly servírované formou čtyřchodového menu a jídlo bylo vždy velmi chutné a hezky připravené.
Příjemným bonusem byl také odpolední lunch v ceně pobytu, který jsme po dni na svahu opravdu ocenili. K dispozici byl bazén, sauna i fitness, takže si člověk mohl skvěle odpočinout a zrelaxovat. Pro rodiny s dětmi je navíc velkou výhodou dětský koutek.
Obrovským benefitem je také poloha hotelu – přímo na svahu, takže se dá vyjet na lyže prakticky rovnou od hotelu. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a pobyt jsme si opravdu užili.

Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Essen top, schöne Bar. Genügend ausgestatteter Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig, Ski Depot etwas zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen. Pegel der Lautstärke beim Frühstück und Abendessen hoch durch viel Kinder, Pool Bereich ebenfalls wenig entspannend durch viele unbeaufsichtigte Kinder.
