Pros:

tel nás velmi mile překvapil. Ubytování bylo pěkné, čisté a pohodlné. Velkým plusem byly opravdu bohaté snídaně, kde si každý mohl vybrat podle chuti. Večeře byly servírované formou čtyřchodového menu a jídlo bylo vždy velmi chutné a hezky připravené.
Příjemným bonusem byl také odpolední lunch v ceně pobytu, který jsme po dni na svahu opravdu ocenili. K dispozici byl bazén, sauna i fitness, takže si člověk mohl skvěle odpočinout a zrelaxovat. Pro rodiny s dětmi je navíc velkou výhodou dětský koutek.
Obrovským benefitem je také poloha hotelu – přímo na svahu, takže se dá vyjet na lyže prakticky rovnou od hotelu. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a pobyt jsme si opravdu užili.

Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Essen top, schöne Bar. Genügend ausgestatteter Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig, Ski Depot etwas zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen. Pegel der Lautstärke beim Frühstück und Abendessen hoch durch viel Kinder, Pool Bereich ebenfalls wenig entspannend durch viele unbeaufsichtigte Kinder.

Mixed feelings. Great location, great food, outdated bulk solutions.
Pros:

The location is great for skiing. You put on your skis and off you go. The pool was good. The quality of the food was great, especially the dinner. The dessert was marvelous. I think the chefs knew their job.

Cons:

The room, while probably went through some renovation during the years, did not meet our expectation. It was hard to control the temperature without a thermostat. The door to the balcony got stuck sometimes, we were just hardly able to close or open. There is no Ventilation from the toilet/bathroom.
Seems handy to rent the skis from the hotel, however the rental is open shortly on the morning and for another half an hour in the afternoon. And on the busiest day when most people were leaving the shop did not open at all, making a big chaos whose skis are where, people marking with post-it notes their gear. Better to rent it at a shop where there is staff all day long. In addition the boots we got for our daughter was hurting her. This turned out after the first slope, but we could only exchange it in the afternoon, and she could not ski therefore that day.
The ski storage place is not enough. It tells a lot about the other guests as well that many people simply remove your skiing shoes and put theirs instead on the warm rack.
The hotel says that we can charge our electric car easily in the garage. The garage is just simply full and all of the charging spot are occupied by nonelectric vehicles. So plan to charge your car somewhere more reliable.
