Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Viele Teile des Hotels sind relativ frisch renoviert, manches ist noch älter...aber ich finde es auch gut, wenn nicht alles entsorgt wird, sondern nachhaltig renoviert wird. Auf alle Fälle ist es sehr sauber, das Essen spitze, das Ambiente sehr gemütlich und besonders großartig und herzlich sind die Kellnerinnen.
Es gibt sehr viele Liegen im Wellnessbereich.
Auch der Fitnessbereich ist in gutem Zustand und die Squash-Halle wurde oft von uns genutzt.

Cons:

Das Einzige, das man verbessern könnte, ist vielleicht die Musikauswahl in der Bar und im Restaurant... aber das ist wohl Geschmackssache.😉
Wir haben aber auch nicht versucht, uns was zu wünschen - also selber Schuld.

Fantasztikus szálloda fantasztikus személyzettel

Igazából minden tetszett!
Nagyon kedves, segítőkész a személyzet, néhányan tudtak magyarul is, kifejezetten szerettek velünk beszélgetni.
A tisztaság lenyűgöző volt.
A szobák nagyok, jól felszereltek.
A welness részeg szuper, a szauna szeánszokat és utána a kis tóban merülést nem szabad kihagyni! Törülköző mindig volt elég.
A reggelinél bőséges választék volt, Kiemelném a frissen sütött péksütiket (nagyon finomak) és a felvágott ananászt, dinnyéket. Hab a tortán, hogy frissen sütött omlettet lehet kérni a magunk által összeállított alapanyagokból. A kávéautomatában főzött kávé nagyon finom és erős volt, nem a más szállodákban jellemző híg valami.
A vacsora félig svédasztalos. Előételből, előre választott levesből, főételből és korlátlan saláta, sajt és süti, illetve fagylaltból áll. Az elő- és főétel gourmet jellegű, csak nagyobb adag. Nekem azért bőségesen kellett a finom és különleges sajtokból is enni, hogy jóllakjam.
A levest és a főételt aznap, reggelinél lehet kiválasztani. Az étlap hasznos információkat is tartalmaz, aznapi időjárás, javasolt programok, látnivalók, amik nagyon hasznosak.
A bárban esténként nagyon jó hangulat volt, sok társasjáték közül lehet választani.
A szálloda elhelyezkedése kíváló, csendes, de közel van mindenhez.
Aki kerékpárt is visz magával, nagy, biztonságos tárolóban hagyhatja.

Cons:

Nem igazán tudok olyat mondani, ami nem tetszett.

Auf Beschwerden wurde reagiert. Badbereich war schön. Frühstück sehr vielfältig mit Koch für frische Eiergerichte. Saunabereich schön, ruhig und herrliche Aussicht. Yogamorgen 1x pro Woche inklusive. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr gute Leihfahrräder MTB Cube (150km) für 38 Euro am Tag. Fitnessraum gut ausgestattet und wenig besucht. Tiefgarage kostenlos. Gemütliche Bar für den Abend.

Cons:

Kein Kinderbereich im Wellness vorhanden und dadurch entsprechende Geräuschkulisse überall. Kein SPA-Gefühl.
Vor einer Balkonfront lärmt von 6 bis 21.20 Uhr die Abluftanlage der Küche.

Wonderful hotel, we come back every year
Pros:

We have stayed here several times during the summer, and I can only say the best about everything. The cleanliness, comfort, and wellness facilities are perfect, the food is amazing, and it offers excellent value for money. There are so many places to visit and things to do in the surrounding area that we never get bored, no matter how many times we return. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Gelungener Aufenthalt - mit Platz für Verbesserungen

Sehr nettes Personal und es wurde alles versucht um einem den Aufenthalt möglichst angenehm zu machen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man überall, teilweise Dinge nur halbpatzig geflickt.

Stets bemüht reicht einfach nicht. Modern steht angestaubt direkt entgegen.
Pros:

Die Lobby und der Übergang zum Nebenhaus sind sehr modern und hübsch gestaltet. Der Naturteich hat viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Personal an Empfang und im Restaurant sowie Bar sehr nett und bemüht.

Cons:

Im Nebenhaus untergebracht. Flure und Zimmer aus der Zeit gefallen. 70 er Jahre Charme. Dunkle Holzmöbel und Verkleidungen. Badezimmer dunkelgrün gefliest, zum duschen muss in die Badewanne geklettert werden, keine Antirutschmatte. Balkonmöbel ohne Auflagen. Minibar kühlt kaum, benutzte Gläser wurden nicht getauscht. Aufzug beängstigend, da er manchmal die Tür nicht schließt und sehr antik wirkt. Das Untergeschoss im Nebenhaus besser nicht anschauen. Wurde wohl „stillgelegt“, könnte auch als Vorlage für einen Gruselfilm dienen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, außer dem Inhaber, der grüßt nicht mal. Im Restaurant im Sommer sehr warm, da keine Lüftungsmöglichkeiten. Bei Google haben wir gefunden, dass demnächst wohl ein großer Umbau stattfinden soll. Das zu kommunizieren an die Gäste würde echt helfen. Es wirkt alles wie gewollt, aber nicht gekonnt. Stets bemüht hat schon in der Schule nicht gereicht.

Struttura ottima personale molto cordiale

Non ce la possibilità di disdire la prenotazione; quindi, in caso di impossibilità nel raggiungere la struttura per qualsiasi motivo , la perdita è del costo totale della prenotazione e lo trovo piuttosto assurdo
