Part of a family celebration, my single booked room was upgraded to a very pleasant double.
Pros:

Great choice of cooked breakfasts.
I chose the kippers.
Delicious and cooked to perfection.

Cons:

The continental breakfast choice was a bit short compared to equivalent in France or Spain, but rarely do they offer such a wide choice of cooked.

Pros:

The view from the suite. The upgrade was a treat! A lovely room with a huge comfortable bed. Every meal we had was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. The location was great - easy access to local buses.

Pros:

4 chambres très confortables, spacieuses, très propres. Le must, un balcon avec vue sur la mer, petit salon en rotin.
On s'y sent très bien.
Tout le personnel est aux petits soins, d'une grande gentillesse et amabilité.
Le dîner au restaurant est de qualité, le service à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Grandes baies vitrées avec vue sur la mer.
le breakfast est de grande qualité, que des produits frais, une carte avec beaucoup de choix, on peux commander tout ce qu'on veut, c'est compris dans le prix. Je n'ai que des compliments à faire.

It was a great stay in the hotel with excellent hospitality.
Pros:

Hotel staff was very cooperative. They could understand the food requirements and customise it if needed for vegetarians.

Cons:

Route from hotel to the city centre is isolated and could be scary in the winter night.

Very good and I would definitely hope to stay at Les Fregates again.
Pros:

Room was lovely with balcony overlooking the harbour. Had excellent tennerfest lunch. Service was very good and we were looked after very well by the staff

Cons:

Breakfast was not as good. Service ends at 9.30 which was early for a Sunday morning and we felt rather rushed.

Uncomfortable mattress with poor quality bedding. Terrible lighting in the room. Average breakfast.

Sehr großes Zimmer, Tee & Kaffee am Zimmer

Cons:

Der Kaffee könnte besser sein.
Indirekte Beleuchtung fehlt im Zimmer. Die Deckenbeleuchtung ist gut, wenn man etwas sehen will, aber sonst ungemütlich

Overall hotel was wonderful... beautiful hotel decor all around. Friendly staff and excellent dinner at their restauran
Pros:

The location had great views of the marina.

Cons:

bathrooms extremely outdated. We had to go downhill and uphill to get to hotel and walk to shops and restaurants so make sure to wear comfy shoes .
