Pros:

Had a great stay, the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had and included a self cook egg station. You cannot really walk to the ski lift though. It's a bus ride to the silvretta bahn but the bus stops at the hotel.

Der Check-in und Check-out war eine Zumutung. Obwohl ich die Buchung im Vorfeld über Hotel.com (Expedia) bezahlt hatte, sollte ich nochmals bezahlen. Beim Check-in, welches ca. 30 Minuten gedauert hat, wurde mir danach gesagt, ich hätte ja direkt über Explorer buchen können damit wären diese Probleme nicht entstanden. Was ich als eine bodenlose Frechheit empfunden hatte. Beim Check-out ging es dann wieder von Vorne los. Das Management sollte Ihre Prozesse überdenken und das Personal richtig schulen.

Ein gutes Hotel für Sport- und Wanderurlauber. Besondes überzeugt hat das Frühstücksbuffet.
Unser Zimmerfenster zeigte zur viel befahrenen Straße. Verkehrsgeräusche waren immer leicht zu hören. Deutlich unangenehmer waren die Heizungsgeräusche. Diese wurden nach Reklamation aber abgestellt.

Parkmöglichkeiten im offenen Bereich gut und günstig für 1€ die Nacht. Die Buchung mit Expedia war etwas für das Personal irritierend. Trotz bezahlter Bestätigung wollte man sowohl beim Check in als auch beim Check out das man die Buchung zahlen soll. Das Personal war aber bemüht das mit den Vorgesetzten zu klären, es war nur eine Wissenslücke des Personals dies im System nachzuvollziehen. Die Zimmer sind ok, eine Wand hatte jedoch schwarze Flecken was etwas eklig war. Der kleine Balkon ist gut jedoch kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon wäre übrigens auch gut angebracht. Um Ressourcen zu schonen werden nur nach Anfrage die Zimmer gereinigt auch Handtücher kann man nach Anfrage wechseln. Finde ich für ein 3 Sterne Hotel nicht richtig, die Übernachtungskosten sinken ja trotzdem nicht. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig es gab sogar Brezeln was sonst nicht üblich ist. Für einen Kurztrip kann ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
