La receptie au avut un comportament nepotrivit, au vorbit foarte urat, cu o exceptie. O doamna mi-a comunicat ca pot sa beneficiez de un late check out pana la ora 15.00, fara costuri suplimentare. A doua zi, o alta doamna mi-a vorbit foarte urat si a spus ca pentru late check out trebuie sa platesc suplimentar, fiind deja in imposibilitatea de a mai elibera camera fara costuri suplimentare. Receptia nu este deschisa non stop, doar pana la ora 21.00.
Apa rece nu avea presiune la dus.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern
(Wir waren im Nebengebäude.) Ruhig gelegen. Sehr nah an der Therme Loipersdorf.
Überaus freundliches Personal. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt obwohl es schon fast 21:00 war und wir mit Sicherheit die letzten Gäste waren die eincheckten.
Ein und Auschecken sehr unkompliziert.
Groszügiges Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Hotel in abgelegener Lage
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem Zimmer und modernem Bad. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir in einer 100 m entfernten Verschlag abstellen und laden.

Cons:

Leider betreibt das Hotel kein Restaurant. Zum einzigen Restaurant muss man ca. 20-30 Min laufen. UNBEDINGT sich den Weg dorthin genau erklären laasen.
