Genau passend für ein kurzes Wien-Event
Pros:

Zimmer war super geräumig, Garage ist perfekt und preisgünstig, Empfang war super freundlich.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Personal etwas überfordert und hatte Probleme Teller nachzubringen und auch das Buffet rechtzeitig wieder aufzufüllen. Abendessen war weder in der Auswahl noch in der Qualität empfehlenswert.

Sehr gutes Buffet, gute Lage und nicht weit von der U-Bahn Station. Tiefgaragenstellplatz gut. Sehr nettes Personal. Im Zimmer sogar Tee und ein Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, daher auch nachts etwas warm im Zimmer.

Schön und angenehm aber Zusatzleistungen wie Frühstück und Garage nicht überpreisen

Cons:

Mitarbeiter Bar und Night Audits sind mehr motiviert als die Tagesschicht an der Rezeption.
Mitarbeiter Front Desk wirken lustlos und ohne Gespür für die Gäste- Tagesschicht,
Entweder ist man engagiert für die Hotellerie und empfängt gerne Gäste oder nicht.
Ich komme selbst aus der Hotellerie (5 Sterne) und weiss was das bedeutet
Parkplatz zu teuer. Niedrige Average Rate bei booking und im Nachhinein Geld verdienen mit Zusatzleistungen mit erhöhten Preisen funktioniert nicht langfristig

Alles in Allem in Ordnung und zufriedenstellend.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war großzügig und allgemein der offene Bereich in der Lobby

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Babybett mithebucht sozusagen welches ja umsonst war, es wurde auch bestätigt, dass wir dieses bekommen, leider war es nicht auf dem Zimmer. Haben dann unser eigenes Reisebett benutzt.
