CLean quiet place ok for 1 night
Pros:

The gym was good

Cons:

No one spoke english at the restuarant and lady had to go get someone for us to ask about getting some eggs made as there was nothing warm or hot being served . There was no personalized customer service at breakfast and we were the only ones there .

Kellemes hotel egy kellemes helyszínen. Pleasant hotel in a pleasant location.
Pros:

Nagyon kellemes hotel, de aki a csendet és nyugalmat keresi az főszezonban ne itt keresse. Sok a gyerkőc, de ez a hotel erről szól. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Van sok sportolási lehetőség. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A szoba tiszta, megfelelő méretű. A fürdőszoba tágas. Az elhelyezkedése egész jó. Közel van Mariazell, és a Bürgeralpe. Az Erlaufsee egy fél órás sétával elérhető. Összességében semmi komoly hiányosság nincs.

Very nice hotel, but if you are looking for peace and quiet in the high season, don't look here. There are a lot of children, but that's what this hotel is all about. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are many sports opportunities. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The room is clean, of adequate size. The bathroom is spacious. The location is quite good. It is close to Mariazell and the Bürgeralpe. The Erlaufsee is a half-hour walk away. Overall, there are no serious shortcomings.

Cons:

Egy kis hűtő és a légkondícionáló hiányzik. A teraszon minden szobához kéne elválasztó fal. Sajnos a mi szobánkban két egyszemélyes ágy volt összetolva. A francia ágy kényelmesebb. A hotel melletti kis üzemben még vasárnap is dolgoztak ami zajjal járt.

A small refrigerator and air conditioning are missing. There should be a dividing wall for each room on the terrace. Unfortunately, our room had two single beds pushed together. The double bed is more comfortable. The small factory next to the hotel was still working on Sundays, which was noisy.
