Gutes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt
Pros:

Gut gelegen in der Nähe des Gorki Parkw. Zum Autobusbahnhof fährt msn am besten mit einem Linienbus, Haltestelle in der Nähe. Check in etwas langwierig. Personal aber aufmerksam und freundlich. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Weil in Seitenstraße auch ruhig. Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker.

Zentral gelegen, alles ordentlich. Würde wieder buchen. Etwas besseres englisch an der Rezeption wäre wünschenswert.

Pros:

В целом отель понравился. Уютно. Дружелюбный персонал, удобное расположение. Очень удивила слышимость. С соседями можно разговаривать не выходя из номера))).

Pros:

Хороший отель для постоя на несколько дней. Комфортно. Отель свежий.

Из минусов:
1. нет питьевой воды в номере (обычно в отели такого класса 2 бутылки питьевой воды есть);
2. никаких вариантов сделать себе чай, кофе в номере(иногда хочется вечером чай по пить, а для этого нужно идти в бар и просить кипяток или заказывать кофе за свой счет. Чай нужно возить с собой. Все это вечером после тяжелого дня напряжно). Есть только мини-бар, но там все платно);
3. шумная улица (любят в Ростове слушать музыку в машине, да так что б все слышали, не смотря на время. Еще бывает, что какие-нибудь дураки орут всю ночь).
Последний пункт от отеля не зависит, но все равно создает неудобства.

Pros:

одну ночь вполне можно пережить. но вот жить в этом гостевом доме (мне кажется это более правильное название вместо "бутик-отеля") дольше одной ночи, на мой взгляд невыносимо. персонал очень старается быть вежливыми и услужливыми, но девушкам все-таки удается сохранять мрачное выражение "древне-русской тоски" на лицах при этом. завтрак приличный, но по меню и сильно ограничен по времени. интернет бесплатный, в номерах чисто. и наверное самое большое преимущество этого отеля - его расположение.
