Good location, terrible staff. They didnt know how expedia worked and asked us to pay again.

Não é Hotel muito bem localizado. Vc anda muito para chegar a pé nas principais atrações de Moscou. As atendentes são bem simpáticas e se esforçam no inglês para tentar ajudar. O café da manhã é bem simples e deve se marcar a hora de recebe-lo no quarto. Moscou é uma cidade cara e as pessoas não falam inglês ou se preocupam com o turista. Tudo é falado em Russo e penamos para nos locomover, comer e até comprar. Procure escolher um hotel realmente próximo da Praça vermelha. Esse não é.

Персонал в отеле доброжелательный. Расположение гостиницы очень удачное, во дворе тихо и комфортно.
Состояние номера оставляет желать лучшего, ужасно шумит вентилятор в ванной комнете и агрегат, который установлен на смывном бачке. В ванной комнате с включенным светом находится не возможно)))

I stayed for a week in mid June 2015. The room was very comfortable and clean and the bed was great; I slept well all week. The hotel staff were wonderfully hospitable and helpful and made excellent coffee. Breakfast was included and brought hot every day to the room. It's fairly central and easy to walk to main metro stations. Really, the hotel is very welcoming, comfortable and just a nice place to stay when in Moscow.

The hotel is a little far from the metro station...about 15 mins of walk, but that metro is on the round line (5), so it is convenient to go somewhere else. It is located more like the residential area. About the room, the wall is too thin, so I can hear people walk outside...and also the sound from the water pipe....quite loudly. When people talk outside a bit loudly, we can hear very clearly. Not satisfied with the bathroom. We have the private bathroom, but when we took shower, the water is "too hot" or "too cold" or "too small". Maybe it's because all people share the same water pipe, so for many times, I could only use very small water to have very quick shower. The internet connection is okay but sometimes not working stably. Room has nice deco, but the bed is not very comfortable.

Hotel is not well marked and somewhat difficult to find. There are no lifts so be prepared to climb stairs just to reach the reception. There is no lobby so be ready to go directly to room after check in. Rooms have decent size and location is no more than a 10 minute walk to nearest metro. I do not recommend for business travels, but the value is good for private travel. The water heater in my room was not plugged in so my first shower was cold until I figured out the problem. TV channel selection is very limited and internet was working but slow.

Cirka 600 meter fra Metro-stasjon, 25 minutter og gå til den Røde plass..veldig enkelt,bare følg samme gate helt dit. Litt limitert med engelsk-kunnskaper,og de forsto ikke helt med att vi bestilte for 3 netter,mens de ville ta betalt for 4 hele dager,så vær obs på dette.
Ellers helt ok,og kan rekommenderes med hensyn pris/avstand og enkel frokost...men du får faktisk flere valg på frokosten,og den kommer på døra!

ВСЕ ОЧЕНЬ ЗДОРОВО, ТОЛЬКО ЗВУКОИЗОЛЯЦИЯ НОМЕРОВ НИКАКАЯ. Слышно как храпит сосед.

Helt enestående service i et førsteklasses hotell med nytt, skinnende rent og moderne interiør. Vi ble godt tatt i mot. Dette er russisk gjestefrihet på sitt beste! Vi fikk personlig service og en rekke tips om hva vi burde se, hvor vi kunne dra osv.
Pluss for airconditioning på rommet og flotte bad. Hotellet lå ved en hage og i et virkelig fint og trygt(!) strøk med bygårder som lignet palasser. En utmerket elegant og tradisjonell kafé lå i nærheten. Dette hotellet bare venter på gjester - et virkelig funn!
