Good value, clean, comfortable and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean room, polite and friendly staff and good value food and drink.

Cons:

Offerings for the continental breakfast could be a bit better. The orange and other fruit juice are often in short supply and there is no boiling water for tea. Having said that there is a reasonable selection of cereals and pastries ans the staff quickly replace anything that runs out.

Nice stay. We ate at the pub and very pleasant food.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us as we were attending parkrun in Albert Park.
A large pub with very large garden.
Rooms were large enough with nice facilities.

Cons:

Our room was very hot because the weather was very hot and a window would not open.

Good facilities, good breakfast and nice clean room and bedding.
Pros:

I had my dog with me and was pleased that we were on the ground floor so I could take her outside easily. Staff were attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Not much as it was fine for my needs.

Amazing place but needs security as we didn’t feel safe
Pros:

The staff were amazing! Lovely clean rooms!

Cons:

There was a homeless guy outside and everyone was saying he was dead. I had fled DV with my five year old daughter and as you can imagine this was quite distressing so we left and didn’t stay for the third night. People smoking weed in the outdoor seating area which was highly inappropriate for a family pub

Appalling Noisy Stay and Poor Staff Support. Don't Bother stopping here!

Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I was awakened on Sunday morning at 6am by several vans and lorries that had turned up to collect bottles from bottle bank and rubbish from skip..directly outside my bedroom..this went on for over an hour!
My stay and break were ruined due to lack of sleep!
Hotel staff including manager were appalling. They said this happens every Sunday and that it was a 'council issue'..not theirs! Wtf?
Booking.com customer services have also been frustrating and a poor service provided.
I shall be contacting my bank for a refund.

Stay was good
Pros:

Near to where we needed to be for family purposes

Cons:

The beds and the access in bathroom having a disability but didn’t need to take a disabled room . Could have done with a walk in shower struggled to lift leg to get into bath to shower

Pros:

Spacious room, clean beds, fan which was a plus.

Cons:

No hair dryer. Window restricters could be a little wider to let air in.
Had to ask for extra towels.
Invest in nicer pillows.
Overall well worth the money
