Comfortable, warm and great check in time.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, liked the check in time, clean and top floor so was quiet. Heating was great and the room offered real comfort from the horrible weather outside.

Cons:

I was given a key card for room 31 that opened room 30 and had to make sure they didn't allocate someone to room 30 due to the card key issue.

I would say my stay this time was just ok , however we’ve enjoyed it more on previous visits .

We paid for breakfast in the morning separately and really enjoyed it !

Cons:

We was disappointed with our room size as we’ve booked on 3 other occasions and had a bigger room given to us . We found it was set up for single occupancy for our stay as only one off everything in the room . Towels / tea cups . I booked a meal online for 9pm dining eating / drinking and when arrived at the bar at my booking time was told all food stopped at 9pm , very confused as I showed the bar staff my booking slot for 9pm and was told nothing he could do as no staff cooking after 9pm .we did get a takeaway and was able to use facilities down stairs and enjoyed a drink from the bar ! Shame really as we always enjoy our stay at this hotel when visiting for the parkrun and the football at the riverside stadium.
