When booking 5 rooms, different cancellation and guarantee policies may apply. Worst staff from office and manager no service
Pros:

I cannot tell how frustrating staff of this hotel
Firstly they aren’t reachable by their phones , you call call and call no body responds, even they did not gave me invoice while doing check out and gave his manager number that he will send , even after chasing him more than 10-15 times , he is least bother to pick up call or answer WhatsApp,
I never suggest anyone to book this property and even I will never use booking.com due to their lousy services

Pros:

I cant rate this, since hotel staff shifted my booking to some other hotel called MGM

Cons:

I booked and planned this hotel to stay as this was nearby our Corporate office where I had my business meeting. Unfortunately the the hotel staff called me and informed that they have some facility issues and shifted to different hotel named MGM

Probably will not stay again, absolutely not by choice.
Pros:

Swimming pool, food.

Cons:

We were checked in on 6th floor rooms which were absolutely pathetic. Like cheap OYO rooms for $150 (INR1500)
Chipped wood, messy wooden floor, debris in crevices, unclean washrooms, hardly any amenities.
Got room mopped and cleaned several times, but still same.
3rd nite (out of 3N stay), I was moved to 5th floor, the room was amicable but I had to adjust with twin bed in place of single queen bed.
Gym: 2 of 3 treadmills were not working. No water in gym.
