When booking 5 rooms, different cancellation and guarantee policies may apply. To whom it is concerned with customer complaints.
I stayed at this hotel from 15th to 21st of January and occupied room 331.
Everything was perfect during my stay, except one unpleasant incident that i only discovered after i left Bengaluru. I used the safety lock (set with my own pin code) in the room to store my papers (including passport), home keys, travel tickets and some cash. I left inside 300€ and 300 US$, in an envelop. At my return back home, i discover the envelop is missing 100€ and 200$.

It's clear that someone has a priviledged pin to open the safe. It is absolutely abnormal, uncomfortable and inadmissible that such trust breach appears in any hotel, in particular to this hotel.

I am expecting from you an inquiry/investigation and report back to me and to Booking plateform, before my unpleasant feedback and experience goes viral. I am also expecting reimbursement for this loss. Thanks.

Waste Hotel, not good for stay
Pros:

Accept the location nothing good about the hotel

Cons:

Hotel is very very old with most of the facilities not in working state and the rooms are bad smell which are sprayed with heavy pest control chemical and bath water both hot and cold water smells rotten due to very old plumbing and bath water flow is very slow and bath door does not close. Room no. 238

For Business trip, its excellent stay with fair price
