Well located hotel, but overpriced and disappointing due to poor breakfast and lack of basic service
Pros:

The central location is definitely a plus, with many attractions in Lima’s historic center within walking distance. The room itself was spacious and generally clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a short stay.

Cons:

The breakfast advertised as “good” is very misleading and far below 3-star hotel standards. It mainly consisted of cheap bread, packaged jam, fruit compote, and a small portion of scrambled eggs only upon request. There was no cheese or cold cuts, and cereal was available only on two out of four days. Overall, it is not worth mentioning as a hotel breakfast. Only the drinks (water, coffee, inexpensive juice, and hot milk) offered a bit of variety.

Service was disappointing. Upon arrival I was assigned a room without a refrigerator, and I had to carry all my luggage myself. After asking staff, I ended up moving a refrigerator from another room on my own without assistance.

Hot water on the 5th floor required running the shower for about five minutes before becoming warm.

Only small, overpriced water bottles were sold at reception and there was no water dispenser available.

Additionally, the price felt excessive for the quality offered. The local walk-in rate is around 55 USD per night, while the higher Booking.com price - including platform fees - was ultimately charged to and paid by the guest. This created the impression of paying significantly more without receiving corresponding value.

Overall, not good value for money and I would not stay here again.

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Realmente nos gustó todo. El hotel muy buena ubicación. La habitación grande y cómoda nos tocó con un balconcito a la calle. Nos cambiaban las toallas todos los días. El Desayuno completo y desde jugos, infusiones, yogurt, omelette, fiambres, panes etc.. Todo el personal desde el lobby, desayuno , limpieza muy amables. Y si teníamos alguna duda nos indicaban como ir. Siempre dispuestos. Nuestro agradecimiento por tan linda estadía.

מיקום בעייתי ,הכניסה והיציאה דרך סורג(אנחנו לא רגילים לזה).

Value for money.
Pros:

Location, location, location. Very close to Plaza de Armas, lots of museums, churches, amazing buildings shopping area, restaurants, all within walking distance. Traffic congestion very common in Centtal Business Area. Appreciate though the pedestrian street between the 2 plazas.

Cons:

.expensive uber/taxi during rush hour as traffic is barely moving.
Tired looking furniture and linen - towels, bed sheets and cover.
