We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped.
The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets flushing. The constant noise kept us awake all night.
I raised the issue on the first day and requested a room change, but I was told no other rooms were available. Strangely, the next day, guests in Room 4 also complained about the noise and were moved to a different room. This double standard left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
On top of that, the shower in our room was extremely small and uncomfortable to use.
After two unbearable nights, we decided to cut our stay short by four days and paid to move to another property. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday and a good night’s sleep, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We liked having a pool and bar, as well as the proximity to the supermarket and beach.

We loved our stay here!! A peaceful location with great restaurants and cafes nearby. We stayed in a mountain view room, big and comfortable, with a small kitchen which came in handy to prepare our daily Greek salads :)
Alex is the perfect host and nothing was ever a problem. The pool area was spacious with gorgeous ocean views. Property is well maintained and so clean. Easy accessible parking was a bonus, as was the free use of the machine. We stayed here for 5 nights and it was still hard to leave.

The hosts were very accommodating of arrival/check-in time, transport options and meal requirements.

My lady and I stayed In Kefalonia for our first half of our Greece trip! This place was so beautiful and peaceful! The view from the pool was magnificent! The hosts are so welcoming, and eager to help you with all your needs during your stay! If you looking for a peaceful and a true Greece vibe with beautiful views don’t hesitate to book Diana studios! We didn’t want to leave!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The details of the tiles, furniture and amnesties were all lovely. Such a well done architectural job, very artistic, traditional and cozy. The room was probably the most quaint than any other hotel we have been to so far. The host was also quite kind for offering to drive us to the beach out of courtesy. Overall Sophia and Stavros were very sweet, hospitable and completed the pleasantry of our stay.

Es war ein ruhiges, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Studio.

We found Diana studios very hard to find in the dark when driving thereon arrival but when waking up were met with a stunning view - both in front, and behind the property with sea view & mountains. Contactless booking via host Alex was seamless and very reassuring (Oct 2020).His communication and assistance was above & beyond. Our apartment was spotless as was the whole of the studios complex. The area is lovely and quiet and easy to launch day trips - if you have a car. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

This is an excellent and beautiful place to stay for a quiet holiday in the sun away from busy resorts, and yet everything is just a short drive away. Fabulous views from the balcony of the ocean to the south and mountains to the north. The pool is bathed in sunshine from early morning to sunset and the sun loungers are so comfortable. A hire car would be necessary if you wish to eat out at the many excellent local restaurants or explore the island. The local shop provides everything you need for self catering and it was open till 22:30 every night. Comfortable spacious room and endless hot water in the bathroom and efficient air conditioning made for a very pleasant stay at a realistic price. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely little place in a quiet neighbourhood of Kefalonia. Our hosts were charming and very helpful, the pool and sun terraces stunning and the room massive with all mod cons. It's a little tucked away, and not that close to Pesada ferry terminal, so if you're coming without a car suggest you call ahead to hosts to arrange either a pick up (for small fee) or a pre-quoted cab.

We arrived very early on in the season and during their Easter so absolutely no shops were open. Alex, the hotel manager, very, very kindly drove me to a nearby supermarket so that we could stock up on food. The hotel was lovely and clean and they made us feel very welcome. We absolutely 100% recommend this place, it is lovely.

More utensils are needed in rooms, there were no snacks available, and the Lady could not make a decent Coffee. Outside it says snacks available, but don't hold your breath. Good rooms, nice Lady but dosn't seem to have a lot of go in her. but they really need to offer more, great little shop just around corner,
