The staff was absolutely wonderful..I from Australia and in a wheelchair every night the staff would lift me up from my wheelchair so my wife could assist me the entirehotelis wheelchair accessible...location was 15min from the main town...great 24 service and reliable taxi ...there are lifts and tge pool staff did assist me in and out of the...something that most countries like Australia don't offer...in Colombia and this hotel everyone was willing to help...
