Check-in process was terrible, property is not in a good condition, rooms are noisy.
Everything was great! Just steps away from the beach front. They have 2 pool and hot tub. The breakfast was delicious. They have the best Chicken soup. I definitely recommend staying at this location. Condo style hotel .

Great staff! Most of the food was heated frozen food. Worst pizza ever. Pictures on web site of beach views were fake. Filthy beach access, garbage all over , 2 roads in between hotel and beach. Run down un finished construction is your view from the hotel. Limited menu not good food, well breakfast was good. Old place needs tlc. Reception people were rude. The rooms were good. Water pipe broke they wanted us to show and use the toilet in other room. There were acrive leakd in the hall ways. The elevator smell of mold so much it burnt my eyes. Management needs help, they are lost on how to upkeep the hotel. Other then that it was fine.

Beautiful hotel fill with very lovely and kind people to make your experience the best.
We chose this hotel to stay during a layover. Its proximity to the airport is a major bonus, but if you’re making Cartagena your destination, this area of town is really not the place to stay. There are much trendier and historic neighborhoods and there are other beaches that are prettier but overall for what it was the hotel had great staff, clean rooms and nice pools.
