Good Hotel, Unwelcoming Front Desk
Pros:

This time in January 2026, I stayed for 5 nights. Checkin experience is was so bad that I wanted to checkin to lower grade hotel. For the price they charge, the front desk people behave like faulty robots.

I give four stars because of the whole premise, quality rooms and interiors. Their buffet breakfast is value for money. Room service is very good and humble people . I think Room service people should be paid more than the front desk staff. TV could be slightly better and they checked me into a room where the TV and locker didn’t work initially.

I still recommend this hotel if you can get discounted price. So book ahead.
