Location is nested in the mountains with wonderful views. Ample rooms and great amenities.
Not a 5 stars really but a solid 4 stars hotel, and it is priced accordingly. We had to wait for an about an hour for the last breakfast, even though we were just two tables. In the previous day there was a breakfast Buffett, this was more efficient.

I like that it was in the middle of the mountains and the views were spectacular.

I loved that the rooms were big and comfortable. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The views and amenities were great. And the breakfast was ok but I would include more vegetarian options or at least one vegan.
One thing that I didn't like, it's that in the ten minutes drive from the route to the main entrance, the pavement is really bad. And I didn't like that the hot water didn't work in our entire stay, and even if the staff tried to help, they couldn't fix it.
I recently stayed at Hotel Mirador Las Palmas and overall had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff made us feel welcome right from the start.
The room was clean, although it did feel a bit dated. There was no air conditioning in the room, which could be an issue if you're staying during the hotter months. However, the room was still comfortable enough for our stay.
One of the highlights of the hotel was the stunning views – they were absolutely spectacular! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, the scenery is something you won’t want to miss.
Speaking of the facilities, both the pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
Despite the rooms feeling a bit dated, the fantastic customer service and beautiful views definitely made up for it. I would absolutely recommend Hotel Mirador Las Palmas to others looking for a relaxing getaway with great service.
