Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, limpieza, la calidez del personal siempre muy atentas y comodidad en condición normal.

Cons:

No me gustó los espacios para movilidad de personas con discapacidad y uso de silla de ruedas, solo ese detalle tan necesario creo que falto al momento de construir tener empatia con esta población discapacitada, oportunidad de mejora.

Most staff were friendly and courteous. Some of the janitorial staff were very ill-mannered. They passed you as if you do not exist. Not even to say good morning or good afternoon

Cons:

Room was extremely small for the price. No head on the shower. Bed was uncomfortable. No wash rag provided. No bar soap at the basin. No sanitizer available as indicated online. Poor Internet access. No creamer at the coffee station. Cold cup was displayed to drink hot coffee from. No ice machine available . Rooms are not sound proof.

Cesar Holguin was the only worker there who try to make our stay worthwhile. He go above and beyond
