Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Поддерживается чистота и порядок в номерах и в отеле в целом. Номер был в хорошем состоянии, мебель и предметы интерьера дополняют стиль отеля. Всё, что было заявлено в описании присутствовало.

Next to Nevski Prospect but still quiet. Can't recommend for people who has a knee problems - Lot of steep stairs. Personnel was really friendly and helpful.

Все очень понравилось:) район, чистота, сервис. Вот если бы еще ватные палочки были:)) было бы вообще замечательно:)) но в любом случае, я теперь знаю, где останавливаться в Санкт-Петербурге. Рекомендую.

Hotel was nice and cosy, we really like the room. Staff was really helpfull also before our Stay. Only short minus was breakfast instead of having it in our room (witch is also nice) we prefer buffet BF! Location was bit far from main sights, but metro station was close. This hotel went straight to my TOP 5 list!

Sehr gutes Boutique Hotel in guter Lage beim Moskauer Bahnhof. Metrostation um die Ecke. Personal sehr nett und zu vorkommend und sprechen gut Englisch. Zimmer auf den Innenhof zwar nicht allzu gross aber gut eingerichtet und sehr ruhig mit allem was es braucht. Das Highlight für Raucher: Der kleine Balkon auf der Strassenseite mit Bar Service !

Hotel was in a good area and was clean with a very polite and helpful staff, also great wi-fi connection but room was very small and bed was kind of old and uncomfortable .

Very nice modern hotel. Very clean, new, and comfortable. Great hotel staff! Great location, 10 min walk from main rail road station "Moskovskii". 2 min walk to Main Street "Nevskii prospect". Rooms are a little bit small, we are family of 4 with 2 small children, but we made it work! Only one problem is no ramp for suit cases , need to carry them on the stairs, luckily our room was on the first floor . Breakfast was very good, everything you need for the morning, always so fresh! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and will stay there again!

The hotel location is great (only a few minutes from the Metro and Moscow Train Station). The hotel itself was okay, superior room booked and it was adequate although a few items (iron and kettle) missing. All breakfast is delivered to your room with a 30 minute pre-booked slot, although fairly limited breakfast menu what was there was okay. Room service was good (good quality food) - although not the fastest. The stairwell leading to the upper floor rooms is an area for improvement, this area was dirty and subject to works, with strong cigarette fumes in this area... taking the lift partially alleviates this. In comparison the remainder of the hotel is in good condition and clean.
