Blev inte alls ngn positiv vistelse hos er , dyr vistelse med många besvikelser.

Missvisande info om spa, stod i övergripande info att den var öppen för boenden , enl booking.com stod det i faciliteter att inomhuspool kostade extra men övrigt ingick i bokningen . Att få besked vid incheckningen att det kostade 700 kr extra för oss att nyttja spadelen trots att vi betalade 1672 kr för vårt rum .Ingen info om att spa endast var öppet på em pga sommartider på Mössebergs websida . Försökte ringa receptionen för att få mer info under v.27 och v.28 vid 2 tillfällen men blev placerad i kö och gav upp försöken efter ca 30 min väntetid utan att ha fått ngn kontakt med receptionen.
Brukar alltid ingå gratis flaska med vatten på rummet till varje boende , här fanns 1 flaska att köpa för 35 kr , inget kylskåp . Önskat litet bord på balkongen för att kunna sitta där med ngt att dricka , fanns 2 stolar men inget litet bord

Dog friendly, location right next to recreational area. Nice breakfast.

Room was small and very basic. Bathroom could use and upgrade.

Pros:

Trevligt rum för oss och hunden (som fick fin säng och mat- och vattenskål), skön säng med många kuddar, jättegod frukost och en väldigt häftig stil på detta kurhotell från 1907 och även den coola nyare (men ändå retro) byggnaden. Lite sådär charmigt nedgånget/slitet. Framför allt ett helt fantastiskt läge vid Mösseberg.

Cons:

Extremt dåligt vattentryck i duschen. Dyrt att lägga till inträde till spa (som inte heller verkade särskilt lockande).

Tyst. Frukost.skön säng. Fina omgivningar.

Cons:

Iskallt golv i badrummet. Ingen papperskorg. Inga sukketter (sötningsmedel) till frukostkaffet.
