If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Hotel conceitual
Pros:

Maravilhosa a hospedagem. O hotel passa a proposta de uma estadia jovial, moderna, despoluída e funcional, que começa no checkin, sem o tradicional balcão. O staff se soma à proposta, se relacionando com o cliente de forma horizontal, mas sem perder o tom da educação e formalidade. Pessoas extremamente atenciosas e simpáticas, como deveríamos ver em todos os hotéis. O café da manhã é espetacular e a localização é a melhor possível, num dos pontos mais simpáticos da cidade de Porto Alegre. Pretendo voltar lá um dia.

Cons:

Houve um pouco de falha de comunicação com o pessoal do estacionamento. Entendo que é um serviço terceirizado e cobrado a parte, mas poderia haver um pouco mais de facilidades para os hóspedes do hotel, como a cobrança de valor diferenciado.
