Flexibilität der checkin/checkout

Cons:

Türen von Zimmer sind ultradün! Mann wird in der Früh geweckt durch Hauskeeping sobald begonnen wird mit troleys durch enge Gange zu kommen. Bzw. staubsaugen in Zimmer gegenüber oder Mist ausschutteln. Sonst alles mega toll, sauber, freundlich und angenehm also wem stört es nicht ist eine klare Empfehlung! Ahja, noch info, leider keine Glutenfreie Alternative zu frühstück.

Gyönyörű környezet, de hatalmas csalódás a szűkös szobák és a rejtett költségek miatt
Pros:

A szállás elhelyezkedése valóban kiváló, nagyon nyugodt és természethez közeli környezetben fekszik, Hallstatt pedig csupán pár perc autóútra van. A reggeli bőséges és finom volt. Szerencsére csodás időnk volt, így egész nap a környéket tudtuk felfedezni – ha esett volna az eső és be lettünk volna zárva a szállásra, nagyon rosszul éreztük volna magunkat.

Cons:

A hotel hiába kért el 25 eurót a kiskutyáért, cserébe semmit nem biztosítanak számára. Sőt, a reggelizőbe sem engedték be (míg más nívós éttermekben ez sosincs így), ezért a társaságunkkal csak felváltva tudtunk enni, ami nagyon elrontotta a közös étkezések élményét. Ráadásul a reggeli is csak 9:30-ig elérhető, ami egy pihenés során szerintem elég korai.

A szobák felszereltsége ugyan megfelel a képeknek, de élhetetlenül kicsik; még a "nagy" szoba is icike-picike, pakolóhely (egy asztal és két polc) alig van. Az elrendezés már-már komikus: az egyik szobában az ágyból elérem a kézmosó csapot, a fejem felett van a törölközőtartó, a WC-t pedig csak egy függöny választja el a tértől. A másik szobában a "2in1" fürdő akkora, hogy a WC-n ülve a lábam a zuhanyzóba ér.

Mindezek tetejébe minden apróságért extra költséget számolnak fel, és a foglalás körül is utólagos problémázás volt a szállásadó részéről. Mélységesen csalódtam ebben a hotelben, biztosan nem jövünk ide többet.

Cons:

The hotel manager (female) who was originally from Ukraine was very rude. They could not speak the local language properly. They were unwelcoming and quick to blame the guest for small things. The property owners must deal with the manager.
