Good location.
Pros:

Location is pretty good. it's near the station. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was basic and clean.

Cons:

Room was a lot smaller than expected. No international TV channels.

여행 중 갑작스럽게 다치는 일이 있었는데, 새벽시간임에도 직원분께서 정말 친절하게 아이스팩까지 가져다주셔서 큰 도움을 받았습니다.
체크아웃 시간도 배려해 주시고 룸 업그레이드까지 해 주셔서 감동이었습니다.

객실은 매우 청결했고 위치도 좋아 이동하기 편했습니다.
룸 컨디션, 직원 응대, 서비스 모두 만족스러웠고 덕분에 마음까지 따뜻해지는 숙박이었습니다.

다음에 마츠에에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 정말 감사합니다^^
