Kyveli Apartments

Otel iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bize yardımcı oldu bir çok konuda. Otel girişi 12'de. Burada yazılanın dışında ayrıca bir 20 euro daha vergi ödedik. Kahvaltı çok basitti, yumurta, salam, bazen feta. Odaya yürümek vakit alıyor, geniş yayılmış bir yer. Odalar güzel geniş, kliması var, havuzu güzel (3 metre derinlikteydi!) , plajın tam önünde. Taksi nadiren geçiyor önünden. Yakınındaki yerler güzel. İyi bir deneyimdi bizim için.

Personalen var jätte trevliga och man kände sig välkommen.

Eski bir yer, odalar büyük ama yataklar rahatsız, merkez limana yakın sayılır, havuz biz gittiğimizde boştu bunu söylemeleri gerekirdi ama çok da önemli değil. Kahvaltı basit. Fiyatı uygun diye düşündüm ama benzer fiyata daha iyi yerler var.

The staff was amazing in every way. They are so welcoming and helpful all the time. There is a nice beach just 100 m away and it was beautiful. You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us. We weren’t expecting 5 star hotel so there is no disappointment for us. Thanks for having us and see you next year.

Stay away. The apartment itself has mold, the hot water had a yellowish brown color (so only cold showers), the front door was difficult to lock and would jam. We booked on a Tuesday and wanted to leave the Thursday (our original reservation was for Saturday). The staff openly lied about the refund process at first, saying you had to speak with Expedia. I called Expedia and they said the Hotel would be in charge of the refund.

The hotel manager would not discuss refunding a portion of our fee. The location is not walkable as the building is situated on an island highway with no sidewalks. The apartment is not worth the low price of admission. We ended up leaving early and ate the lost cash.

Odalar çok eski. Temizlik konusunda hiç nir sorun yok. Konum oldukça iyi deniz çok yakın otopark var

Location is good, room was clean. Staff is also kind and helpful.

Aile konaklamasi icin mukemmel lokasyon.. sakin plaji ulasim kolayligi, merkezin karmasasindan uzakligi. Bircok acidan cok guzel bir tesis

Very nice people; very helpful and kind. Good and comfortabel appartement; good airco and quiet surrounding. Pleasant little village and direct access to the beach and sea !

I sent a couple of friends for one week vacation in kiveli apartments. I won't write about the building, because what made their experience the worst was the behavior of the staff. During the night it happened that they closed the door of their room and forgot the key inside the room. When they called the emergency number (for 3 times) a member of the staff, instead of helping them, answered "if you have the car you can sleep there"!!! (and that's what they had to do since nobody showed up to help them). It's sad to see that some people like you ruins the reputation of the Greek hospitality and kindness. If you want to develop tourism you should first learn how to treat people.

Δυστυχώς άλλα περίμενα και άλλα βρήκα. Το ξενοδοχείο διαφημίζεται ως 4 αστέρων αλλά η κατάσταση του αντιστοιχεί σε πολύ κατώτερη βαθμίδα. Από που να πρωταρχίσω: Σκουριά μέσα στη μπανιέρα και στα πλακάκια, το παράθυρο του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε, το ίδιο η πόρτα της τουαλέτας ούτε είχε κάποιο κλειδί, οι 2 μπαλκονόπορτες δεν κλείδωναν και όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα ότι μπορεί κάποιος να μπει μέσα με αντιμετώπισαν σαν εξωγήινο. Τα έπιπλα ήταν αρκετά παλιά, ο κλιματισμός μέτριος. Επίσης χρέωναν τη χρήση του χρηματοκιβωτίου με 2,5 € την ημέρα. Ο φόρος διαμονής που πληρώνει κάποιος επιπλέον στην τιμή είναι 3€ ανά διανυκτέρευση επειδή το ξενοδοχείο είναι καταχωρημένο ως 4 αστέρων. Η πισίνα δεν είχε ναυαγοσώστη και γι αυτό δεν πήγα τα παιδιά μου. Φωτογραφίες από το ξενοδοχείο δεν θέλω να ανεβάσω γιατί είναι ντροπιαστικές. Η υποδοχή κλείνει στις η ώρα 11 το βράδυ.

Chios un sesiz bir bölgesinde olan otelin hemen önünden denize girme akşam da 3 Restaurant dan birinde yemek yeme şansınız var şehir merkezinden blue bus ile 2 Euro ya ulaşılıyor aracınız var ise konaklama için secilebilir. Odalar geniş kaldığım odanın kliması soğuk hava vermiyordu, kahvaltı vasat , kafa dinleme yeri olarak secilebilir.

The worst holiday ever.Apartments old,cleaning bad.Wi-fi worked only at the reception.The beach nearbly stones,without chairs and umbrelas.For breakfast very little choise,no fruit and often without bread,only for toast.No market.It is necesary to rent a car.In the village there are 2 taverns,the choise of food poor.

Ailemle beraber yaptığımız ikinci sakız tatilimizde bu sefer bu oteli tercih ettik ve pişman olmadık güzel konumu, manzarası ve personel ilgisi bakımından bir daha ki sakız tatilinde yine tercihleriz

As 4 stars hotel it hasn't even hair drier in the apartments. Air condition is not vorking. At the brekfast they serve smelti old bread. The pool is dirty, in one week i didn't see no one swimer in it. Cleaning is OK.
