Loved our stay here. The breakfast and dinner buffet is amazing. The staff is super friendly including the maintainence staff Vishal.
My stay at the Radisson Blu was wonderful. I was particularly grateful for the room service and house keeping team. Every day I was contacted to ensure exactly what I needed done was done. And I tried the laundry services for the first time. Milan and sunamani were awesome at walking me through the process. Will always stay here while in Bangalore!

Great food, and good hospitality. The staff is really nice humble and does their job really well. The person with long beard at the entrance greets with such a big smile. Overall had a great stay for 2 weeks.
Good overall experience. Place is clean and buffet breakfast is nice with lot of choices. Has hotel cab convenient for business drop pickup. Indoor dining restaurants are good.

I am so impressed by the kindness, care, thoughtfulness, and high-quality customer service I’ve received from all of the staff here. From the concierge, to the accommodating front desk staff, to the dining servers/room service, laundry service, maintenance/repairs, spa, and housekeeping team, everyone has worked so hard to make my experience amazing. I love the breakfast here and the spa services are quality and so relaxing.
Big shoutout to the room cleaning/housekeeping team! Especially Milan and Sonamoni who have made my room so clean and fresh each day and have been so thoughtful to give me extra bottled water. I need to stay very hydrated due to a health condition and need a lot of drinking water, and they keep replenishing my water bottles for me. They even left a kind note informing me that they know I prefer extra drinking water and that they are helping to ensure I have it, which I feel is spectacular service. My experience here has been wonderful and I would recommend this hotel to anyone interested.

I stay at this property every time I visit Bengaluru for business. It is very convenient, has some good in-house restaurants, and the staff are very attentive and provide very good service. This time around, Fourty and Rohan were the Housekeeping team that took care of me, and provided great, attentive service. I also want to call out Kemparaju, Ravi Kumar and the rest of the Concierge team for going above and beyond. Overall, a great place to stay with excellent staff.
