Hôtel qui donne envie de rester....

Quel bel hôtel ! L'accueil est sympathique et tout au long du séjour (nous sommes restés 5 nuits) le personnel est souriant, prévenant et toujours disponible, merci Antonio pour la gestion de votre équipe. Autre point remarquable, ce sont les installations : piscine chauffée située à 50 m de la mer, au 1er étage dans un espace ouvert sur la mer 3 spas, un sauna, un bain froid et une petite salle de fitness, c'est vraiment exceptionnel de pratiquer dans cet environnement. Petit déjeuner et repas copieux, varié et là aussi dans un cadre superbe. Les chambres sont très agréables, bonne literie et calme absolu. On a qu'une envie, c'est de revenir !!!!

Wonderful in every way and the weather was so good too.
Pros:

Overwhelmed by the generosity and quality 9f everything. Exceptional rooftop restaurant with such an extensive menu of delicious food. Over generous with the helpings. Jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful bay.

Amazing stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here with our friends! The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling — they truly go above and beyond for their guests. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were super comfortable.

We were really satisfied with both breakfast and dinner — everything was fresh and delicious, we couldn’t complain about a single thing. It’s great that the washing machine is free to use, just like the billiard table, sauna, jacuzzi, and parking around the hotel. The Wi-Fi was fast, and you can also request a kettle and ironing board for your room.

The staff work very hard, and the little cats living around the hotel were absolute favourites of ours. We honestly have nothing negative to say — thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!

Oh, and one more thing — the massage! Peggy is such a lovely, smiling, and professional lady. All four of us enjoyed the aromatherapy massage so much. Highly recommended! ❤️

Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer gebucht und gerade erst bezogen, als es an der Zimmertür klopfte und uns angeboten wurde, ohne jeglichen Aufpreis in die Luxussuite mit Private Jacuzzi im Zimmer wechseln zu können. Ein Geschenk vom Hotel Manager, der mitbekommen hatte daß wir auf Hochzeitsreise sind. Diese Suite war einzigartig! Zwei riesige Räume, ein ebenso riesiger Balkon, und eben das genannte Jacuzzi in einem überdimensonal großen Bad. Vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle dafür! Das Abendessen im Restaurant, das in unserer Halbpension inbegriffen war, war megalecker, wir hatten Kleftiko, ganz zartes Lamm mit Kartoffeln und Gemüse aus dem Ofen. Ein Hochgenuss und so reichhaltig daß wir uns danach kaum noch bewegen konnten. Auch das gesamte Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und sehr, sehr freundlich.

Location is everything – close to the beach, with plenty of places to eat nearby if you don’t choose half board. Great value for money.

I must say, the restaurant staff in the evening, as well as the head of the hotel, treated us like very special guests. We’re not sure why, but we truly felt taken care of.

The fish at dinner was fresh and delicious every single day. For me personally, the breakfast selection was a bit small, but still, everyone will find something for themselves.

We would highly recommend this place to our friends and family. Once we return to Crete, we would definitely stop by to at least say hello – if not stay again!

A relaxing and enjoyable stay
Pros:

Zizi our room attendant was EXCEPTIONAL! Our room was spotless and cared for daily. Katarina & Anna at the roof top restaurant were lovely as well as the other Katarina and Natalia at reception. Please reconfirm your airport taxi when leaving as it may be very busy and you don’t want to miss your flight!

Cons:

Music drifting over from hotel nearby but finished at 23:00!

Good place to stay.
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Exceptionally clean.

Cons:

No kettle in the room to make a drink.
Only plastic glasses in the room, very wasteful. The hotel in front plays really loud music until 11-12 at night, impossible to sleep with such noise.
