Beautiful property with standout staff — Piper is the reason we’d come back, Richard is the reason we almost didn’t.​​​​
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Tre our bellhop was hospitable and helpful from the moment we arrived. Piper at the front desk went above and beyond — she proactively called our room, checked on us, and had already found us a better room three floors up with an amazing view. She saved our entire stay.

Cons:

We were placed in a fifth-floor room facing a construction wall with a completely blocked view. When I called about an upgrade, manager Richard was dismissive and commented in a condescending tone that if we had booked directly he could have helped us more. No guest should be treated differently based on how they booked — a $2,200 stay is still a $2,200 stay regardless of the platform.
