Beautiful inside and out. The lobby was impressive and so were the rooms and views. Having a variety of restaurants both inside the hotel and several feet outside was also much appreciated. Everything was very clean and felt luxurious.

Cons:

The valet situation was an absolute mess. It took over 45 minutes to get our car and we were not the only guests affected. There was a large crowd of people both inside and outside the lobby area waiting for their cars. Several guests complained loudly that they had been waiting for over an hour. It is absolutely unacceptable to have to wait an hour to get your car from the valet.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, the hotel felt grand at first

Cons:

It's dated, needs some upkeep. The carpet has runs in it the spa needs updated carpet, robes and a new coat of paint. I wanted to feel relaxed but foe the price it really did not meet my expectations.

Went for a short weekend trip and the staff at the Omni turned it into a exceptional experience
Pros:
