Great location, especially if you're taking Red Coach bus, helpful staff, clean other than carpet.
Pros:

The view of colorful fall trees was very nice. The beds comfortable, cleanliness was good, location excellent because we took the Red Coach bus which picks up and drops off literally right around the corner. There's also a decent restaurant there as well and Starbucks like cafe that has a few meals, coffee, and drinks. Pricey but convenient. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but there are good restaurants nearby. Also very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

This is not just particular to this hotel but something I cannot understand is CARPET. Carpet is basically a sponge on the floor that can never be really cleaned. You can always smell carpet, and it's disgusting no matter what hotel you stay in. So imagine this is a pricey, upscale hotel with carpet in the hallways and rooms. And as usual carpet is always disgusting and unhygienic. I have to be honest because it's something that makes zero sense to me which is why you will not see carpet in most hotels in most countries because it is disgusting. Also, imagine the water that drips even slightly from the AC and wets the carpet. So not only are you getting the filth that absorbs in the sponge which is carpet, but you are also getting mold. And again, that is not particular to this hotel. Amazingly almost every hotel in the US has carpet, because why? I have not earthly idea. Maybe it helps with noise? But which is more important; cleanliness OR a little less noise. Just my opinion and I'm sticking by it. And in a state that is famous for allergies and not an open window in sight. So also recycled air full of all those disgusting things. Sure, they'll replace the carpet again and again because it's cheap and where does all that nasty old carpet go? You guessed it, to the landfill.

Omni with Love
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Omni Dallas Hotel, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — right in downtown and very convenient, especially if you’re attending an event at the convention center or exploring the city.
My room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a beautiful view of the city, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the room felt at night.
One of the highlights of my stay was visiting the spa. It was such a relaxing experience and the perfect way to unwind. The atmosphere felt calm and luxurious, and the staff were professional and attentive. I left feeling refreshed and pampered.
The hotel also has a variety of dining options, which made everything very convenient. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth.
Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel in Dallas.

Would definitely stay again. Staff was great and accommodating. Wish the spa was more robust like some of the resorts.
Pros:

The amenities and Craig the bar tender at steak house made for an enjoyable experience.

Cons:

The price of self parking per night. If we are already giving you money for accommodations and a conference is being hosted there the least you could do is prorate parking.
