I didn’t like this specific staff member who was not helpful nor willing to accommodate me.
The room was not cleaned properly, blood stains on the bathroom wall by the light switch. bathroom had not been fully cleaned and there was a water bottle on the floor under the bed. The bathroom tiles were dirty with lots of tiles showing as having missing "Grout" and so looked very poor. I informed reception who promised to have the stains cleaned and they offered a $50 voucher. There was a mix up on my booking and they said that they could not add the $50 to my bill as a credit but instead gave me 5 free drinks vouchers, even though this was at 21:00 and I was checking out at 04:00 the next day.
Overall a very poor experience
see above...blood stain on bathroom wall
Enjoyed the top floor upgrade
Staff was nice, location was perfect
Anticlimactic! I drive past the hotel at night and see the lights on the building! Very excited to spend my very first New Years away from home here! Room floor needed a good vacuum, people on my floor had barking dogs…..nothing to do in the hotel, no shop, nothing and all restaurants basically had the same food. Roof top party had good ideas, but we were not able to get food, bartenders appeared overwhelmed AND I didn’t bring my purse so that was that.
The views of the city were really nice also a good variety of restaurants and a good location. The cleanliness of the room was bad. The bed was made poorly, there were rose petals left on the bathroom floor, hair left in the bathtub and trash left on the floor.
Conveniently located
Needs some updating

My debit card kept getting charged. I was over charged 2100$ and it left me with no money. The first time I saw An unsuspected charge the manager said that no more should be taken off. Went about my day to see another charge of 700$ come off. I still had enough to do events so I was okay but I was mad because why are yall charging me. Nobody could tell me where the charges were coming from. The last charge left me with 6$. The only thing anybody could tell me was if they needed more training they would get it. The lady says she just presses a button and the system automatically takes the money. So y’all have claimed fault and by failure to teach your staff. I have written documentation showing I shouldn’t have been charged and a promise to not charge again after the first time. I was at an expensive restaurant my last day there and the bill was 500$. I went to pay and it was declined. I had to use multiple credit cards to pay. How embarrassing. The hotel had charged another 700$. In total 2100$ for 2 days….. a 750$ trip including incidentals. If it wasn’t for a lady giving me 20$ I wouldn’t have had any money to get home. My bill were due when I got home but because I was waiting for the refund 3-10 days, both my bank accounts went into negative. I couldn’t work because of no gas. It was really bad and I really should sue. The ripple affect of being over charged, the bills that were on delay, the negative bank accounts and fees, I couldn’t work because of no gas, couldn’t grocery shop…….. this was horrible. And I really should press charges because all that was offered to me was free breakfast and a free night. But it was Gods will. It was the most horrible first out of town Christmas trip my family has experienced. Makes me not even want to start this tradition.
Rooms were clean and comfortable
The pillows were flat and the towels were not super soft. And the toilet paper could have been better quality.
View was amazing. Parking garage was easy to navigate. Local restaurants in walking distance. Pool looked like fun, had great views.
Parking overnight fee of $30
