Clean and having the kitchenette was a nice touch!
Too firm of a mattress!
Hits every possible note of what you want and need in a hotel on a long road trip. Super cute and classy rooms. Spacious parking lot. EV chargers on site. A full breakfast. Great coffee. And I could bring my service dog without drama and there were wide sidewalks surrounded by grass and trees to walk him. I’d stay there in a heartbeat again. It was basically perfect.
The sheets are so soft. It’s very quiet. This is my favorite place to stay when I travel for work because the staff is so friendly.
Great place to stay! Affordable!
Clean and very quiet
Love the cleanliness
We always stay at Hilton properties and found this one up to Hilton standards. Nice room with comfortable beds, nice kitchen area with a big refrigerator. Great breakfast and friendly servers and desk staff.
Exceptional facility and location
Do not ever stay here. Been a diamond member for a long time and this is the worst hilton experience I have ever had. Rooms smell like a bar and management is dishonest. We had a mistake on our room and management promised a refund because it was sold out and they had no rooms. They still haven’t refunded our points and won’t even respond
Great place to stay
staff professionalism
Everything was great
Exactly what we need it
At first, I really liked the hotel. Decent exercise room, pool, and hot tub. I picked this place because of the beautiful outdoor patio. Plenty of soft seating, nice fire pit, clean, etc.
When I arrived I was surprised to see 3 very large, long haired cats sitting on the seats. The next day as went to work I saw that there is actually an entire cat sanctuary right in the seating area! Complete with condo type housing, plates full of wet, disgusting looking food, etc. When I asked the front desk whose idea it was to have a cat sanctuary in the middle of their outdoor seating, it became obvious it was hers (manager?). Sob story about how the cats were born near the hotel and she didn't want them to be euthanized, and she is not allowed to bring 9 cats home with her dogs.... .so she thought it better to assume guests would be fine with it and ruin their beautiful patio (IMO).
I expressed my frustration that I came to this hotel for the patio, have no issues with cats, but I am allergic and don't necessarily want to be forced to be around them, and will not be back. She very rudely snapped back making it clear which she feels is more important.
I mean, why not just have all of this on the side of the hotel? Why does it need to be smack dab at the front door, in the middle of the only outdoor seating by the firepit where noone has the choice? You either love my cats, or go away?
Terribly strange for a hotel. Like I said, I won't be back which is a shame because I will spending a LOT of time in this area for work over the next several months.
Management is absolutely terrible.
Really clean, bed comfortable and enjoyed the kitchen. But if you want to go get food there is nothing in the area. You could use Grubhub.
The walls were paper thin, guests next door were blasting music after the quiet hours, and kids were jumping and running upstairs until 1am. After addressing the issue with the front desk, they said nothing would be done about it. Staff was rude.
