Το μέρος είναι πανέμορφο κ το ξενοδοχείο πολύ προσεγμένο. Μας άρεσε πολύ το μενού και η κουζίνα του Veranda 1700, ο σεφ εξαιρετικός και το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Καθώς είναι δύσβατο το σημείο, η βοήθεια που παρέχεται για την μεταφορά των αποσκευών αποτελεί μεγάλη εξυπηρέτηση.
Η ντουζιέρα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα βολική, επίσης θα μπορούσε στις παροχές του δωματίου να υπάρχουν παντόφλες.
We loved the location and the views from the room! The spa was a great add-on during our winter visit. The service at the restaurant was very good. Great breakfast! Spacious room!
The prices for dinner were a bit on the high side for the standards of the area.
Μείναμε 2 βραδιές στο ξενοδοχείο και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική.
Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο, απόλυτα εναρμονισμένο με το τοπίο και προσφέρει πραγματική ηρεμία.
Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε όλα, από τη ρεσεψιόν, τα κορίτσια στην πισίνα, μέχρι και τον κύριο στο μπαρ. Ένιωθες πραγματικά καλοδεχούμενος.
Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ ποιοτικό.
Οι χώροι του spa και της πισίνας πολύ όμορφοι και χαλαρωτικοί. Συνολικά, ένα πολύ προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο με υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.
Η εμπειρία μας ήταν πολύ απογοητευτική και μας χάλασε όλη τη διαμονή.
Το βράδυ δεν υπήρχε καθόλου θέρμανση. Η θερμοκρασία στο δωμάτιο έπεσε στους 14 βαθμούς, απαράδεκτο για χειμώνα. Παρότι ενημερώσαμε άμεσα, δεν ήρθε κανείς να ελέγξει το πρόβλημα εκείνο το βράδυ.
Το επόμενο πρωί ενημέρωσα τη Booking, η οποία ανταποκρίθηκε αμέσως και σωστά. Αντίθετα, από το κατάλυμα, όταν επικοινωνήσαμε τηλεφωνικά, μας πρότειναν να μας κατεβάσουν σε άλλο δωμάτιο, ενώ είχαμε κλείσει σουίτα, με τη δικαιολογία ότι εκεί “θα ήταν πιο ζεστά”. Κανείς όμως δεν ανέβηκε στο δωμάτιο να δει από κοντά το πρόβλημα.
Μάλιστα, άτομα του προσωπικού μας είπαν ότι και οι ίδιοι κρύωναν, κάτι που δείχνει ότι το θέμα δεν ήταν μεμονωμένο.
Επιπλέον:
• τα μπουρνούζια ήταν βρώμικα και σκισμένα
• το τζάκι είχε ελάχιστα ξύλα, με αποτέλεσμα να βγούμε βράδυ έξω και να ψάχνουμε μόνοι μας
• παρ’ όλα αυτά, δεν ζεστάθηκε καθόλου όλη τη νύχτα
Υπάρχουν φωτογραφίες και βίντεο για όλα τα παραπάνω.
Ευτυχώς δεν ήρθε μαζί μας άλλο ζευγάρι με παιδιά, γιατί δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ τι θα γινόταν σε τέτοιες συνθήκες.
Να σημειωθεί ότι η Booking χειρίστηκε άψογα το θέμα και μας επέστρεψε ολόκληρο το ποσό, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε.
Ωστόσο, η διαμονή μας είχε ήδη χαλάσει.
Δεν το προτείνω – μην πάτε.

It’s a gem the hotel is super clean, the breakfast amazing the Spa super nice. Also the restaurant has amazing food. We will go definitely again, among the best that we have stayed in Greece
The actual room we booked had no view and was not really what we wanted, but we were upgraded to a lovely room and comfy bed the sencomd day at no extra and that was very nice!
The person responsible for the spa was on holiday so the second day the sauna and Hammam were not on, only the pool and we could not have another massage - it was raining and there was nothing else to do- we understand that we went off season- but that was a little disappointing. Otherwise the staff was lovely, attentionate, the restaurant food was good and the staff very nice, professional.
Η τοποθεσία είναι εκπληκτική, όπως και η θέα.Ολο το resort είναι διακοσμημένο με άποψη.Το προσωπικό είναι πάντα διαθέσιμο να εξυπηρετήσει.Το φαγητό είναι νόστιμο πέρα από κάθε προσδοκία.Ειναι ένα μέρος μαγικό!
