The hotel was very clean and the staff professional. the location was great for walking to eat. this was my second stay and i was not disappointed.

This is a basic hotel in one of the busiest areas of the city. Basic is not always bad.
Rooms are well appointed with all you need for a comfortable stay.
Bed and pillows are good and temperature stays within an acceptable range.
Wifi is stable and fast.
Washroom a bit smaller for my taste but functional and with required amenities.
The common areas of the hotel are small but comfortable.
Included breakfast is above what I have seen in similar hotels.
Just 4 stars for a couple of minor issues: first, there were broken things in the room. A couple of spot lights in the general area, and the security lock.
The big one is noise isolation. Basically non-existent to the exterior (bad thing considering this is a busy area of town) and also towards the internal areas.
But overall I will consider coming back.

It is my favorite hotel in Bogota. Modern, clean, super nice staff, comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast. Area is super convenient, in the middle of everything with a lot of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Love this place. I’ve stayed there at least 6 times and will do it again

l had a comfortable and relaxing experience in my recent stay at Mercure Bogota Zona Financiera. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable - perfect for a restful sleep after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was great too. There were good selection of breads, fresh fruits, fresh juices (including local one), cold cuts, cheese, cereals and local specialty such as arepas. I highly recommend Mercure Bogota Zona Financiera for its comfort, location, quiet atmosphere, and good buffet breakfast. I would gladly return on my next trip.
