Хороший отель, расположение удобное, на самой набережной, первая линяя. С балкона видно море. Классно сидеть, завтракать и наслаждаться прекрасным видом.
Довольно чисто, хороший простой номер, недавно был ремонт.

Очень слышно улицу и фильмы, если смотрят во дворе. Балконы соседствуют друг с другом, если соседи куят, то тянет в номер.
Индогда пахло канализацией из ванной, но быстро выветривалось.
The location next to the beach at Eel Gardens with a nice water entrance enabling interesting snorkelling /freediving.
Everything from Assala to Mashraba bay is within a comfortable walking distance. The owners and crew are very kind and welcoming.
The breakfast was tasty and healthy and the crew was always smiling.
Unfortunately the building is next to a defective sewage pipe, which surfaced during my stay. One night I woke up because of the smell of ammonia despite the closed door and windows. It is not the hotel’s fault but a misfortunate coincidence, it did affect my stay though.
Besides, every evening a TV was blasting very loud and I could hear every word when trying to relax.
A perfect destination for a first time in Dahab, close to everything, very friendly and cozy
If this hotel was a cabin in the woods I would call it "rustic". A little worn down and rough around the edges, but with a lot of charm. Our room was on the second floor. It had a balcony that looked over the courtyard to the ocean view beyond. The staff were friendly and eager to help whenever we asked for something.
The location is great. It's about a 10 minute walk, down a pedestrian path that hugs the shore, to the main strip. We enjoyed being a little removed from the noise and bustle of everything, but close enough to get there easily. There was a consistent breeze off the ocean which made 40 C (104 F) feel completely comfortable. They also have a cozy lounging area right on the water, with crawling vines providing shade, and easy access to jump in the water with a snorkel whenever you want.
Overall a wonderful experience. We would be happy to stay here again.
The noise from the street behind the hotel could be quite loud in the room. The old doors don't do much to muffle sound. The WIFI worked, but was slow. If you are doing remote work that requires high speed internet I wouldn't count on the network here. I was able to do some zoom calls, so it's not awful, but I wouldn't want to be trying to download big files like Docker containers.
Amazing Location
To be honest, the room was quite dirty and I encountered at least five cockroaches within my few day stay. Location is great and it's cheap but I wouldn't recommend.
A simple but very nice place right on the beach. You can literally walk straight from your room into the waves for swimming or snorkeling. The owner (Val) is super friendly and helpful and you can borrow everything you need for snorkeling at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.
