Sejour d’une nuit - calme, confort, propreté, gentillesse.
Pros:

Le confort et la taille des chambres, la chaleur de l’accueil, l’emplacement en plein centre avec possibilité de restauration en proximité. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit

Rien à dire. Préciser que le restaurant de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas le dimanche soir, mais bcp de choix autour donc pas de soucis

3 schöne Tage in Wattens/Innsbruck
Pros:

Lage für einen Besuch bei den Kristallwelten und eine Tour nach Innsbruck, Hall oder Tratzberg ideal;
Frühstück war sehr gut; sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal;

Cons:

auf Grund der sehr hohen Außentemperaturen war das Zimmer (im Dachschrägenbereich) sehr warm, ein Klimagerät tat da wenig Abhilfe, außerdem sehr Geräuschintensiv; Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, aber wenn man bei der Hitze bei offenen Fenster schlafen muss und um 06:00 Uhr setzt der Straßenverkehr ein, dann ist die Nacht vorbei;

Che delusione
Pros:

Le cose positive si contano sulle dita di una mano. La posizione è eccellente perché affacci direttamente sulla piazza principale e la camera era pulita. Inoltre se vi capita di cenare nel ristorante dell'albergo sarete serviti da un eccellente cameriere che davvero vi tratterà coi guanti bianchi.

Cons:

Le cose negative sono un bel po'. Parto col dire che la reception non è attiva h24 e spesso la trovi vuota perché le receptionist vanno a fumare nel retrobottega (cosa appena accaduta). La camera è sicuramente grande ma Vecchio stile e con graffi alle pareti quindi una rinfrescata in un 4 stelle sarebbe d'obbligo. Il grandissimo problema della camera a noi data erano i letti: i miei figli hanno dormito in un divano letto duro come la pietra e scomodissimo a causa del fatto che c'erano delle parti in cui il materasso non arrivava proprio. Sia il divano letto sia il letto matrimoniale poi aveva probabilmente un materasso invernale perciò faceva davvero tanto caldo quando si stava a letto, cosa tra l'altro peggiorata dal fatto che non c'era aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore che non raffreddava minimamente la camera, insomma abbiamo dormito con le finestre tutte aperte. Non ho mai dormito con dei cuscini così tanto scomodi: sembrava fossero riempiti con l'ovatta per quanto erano vuoti.
Il momento colazione è stato terribile in quanto, pur essendo servita all'interno, entravano vespe, mosche ecc che disturbavano notevolmente. A livello di cibo gli amanti della colazione salata potranno mangiare qualcosa ma coloro a cui Piace il dolce si dovranno accontentare di una torta (niente opzioni vegane se non un orrendo latte di avena e mandorla).
Nessun cameriere che prende le ordinazioni per le bevande (cappuccino ecc.) e sinceramente da un 4 stelle PRETENDO che ci sia qualcuno in sala. L'unica cameriera esistente si occupava di lavare i tavoli con uno straccio e poi con quelle stesse mani toccava nell'ordine: vassoio, suo telefono personale e cornetti nel cestino.
Ah ultima cosa: il check in alle 4 del pomeriggio è una cosa assurda anche perché il check out me lo metti alle 11.
Sinceramente non so come abbia fatto questo hotel a prendersi la terza e quarta stella. Non sprecate i vostri soldi.

Pros:

We loved staying at this hotel. It’s very central in the village of Wattens and only ten minutes of a pleasant walk to Swarovski museum. It is also just about 15-20 min drive to Innsbruck.

Rooms are comfortable.

We had twice dinner at the hotel’s restaurant and it was excellent! Really delicious dishes and very pleasant friendly service by a Turkish man working there, with excellent suggestions both for plates and for wine.

Keine Gemütlichkeit und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Nicht zu empfehlen
Pros:

Gute Parkgarage. Nette Rezeptionistin.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und es ist nachts extrem laut im Zimmer. Insbesondere im Sommer, da die Zimmer bzw. das ganze Gebäude nicht klimatisiert ist und es überall extrem heiß ist. In den Fluren ist zudem besonders schlechte Luft. Die Teppiche müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Dem Hotel fehlt leider der Blick für Details, wodurch keine gemütliche Atmosphäre aufkommt.

Pros:

Generell schönes Hotel, netter Saunabereich, sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot mit der Option nach glutenfreiem Brot! Sehr nettes Hotelpersonal!

Cons:

Furchtbar laut wegen der Hauptstraße, sehr warme Zimmer! Unfassbar dreister Kellner im Restaurant, der mich als Gast mehrfach äußerst derb ansprach!

Pros:

Aardig personeel en goed ontbijt

Cons:

Bedden en kussen waren niet comfortabel. Ook erg veel geluid van buiten, maar dat komt door de centrale ligging in het centrum. Helaas bleef de warmte ook weg hangen in het hotel en de kamers.
