Sunbeds by the pool have an additional charge, according to the bed packages, for all guests. For all in-house guests, the use of the beach sunbeds is free, as well as the use of the main pool.
Please note that on specific dates, private events will take place on the property premises and some venues might be closed or guests will have limited access for a few hours.
Guests should expect a high level of noise, but extra precautions will be taken for the music to play within the acceptable/permissible decibel limits. Please contact the property for more info.
We welcome families with children of all ages in the restaurant areas (Nikki Café, Soul Lounge, and Escape). Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the Beach Club Pool area, spa, and gym. All minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
Everybody must carry a valid and government-issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management. or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
Maximum room occupancy and extra bed additions are to be confirmed by the property. For bookings for more than 8 rooms, kindly request a group offer from our reservations department as group rates and policies apply.
Pets are accepted at Nikki Beach Santorini in their owner’s accommodations provided they weigh less than 12kg.
Please note that the pre-authorization charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest’s account.
In Signature Suite with Private pool and Luxury Suite with Private Pool there is one bedroom with king-size bed and one sofa bed in each of the Suites.

La camera era molto spaziosa e confortevole. La zona Spiaggia ben organizzata. Piscina per gli ospiti dell’hotel separata da quella principale, dove viene richiesta una minima spesa di 300 €. Qualità del cibo molto buono.

There is only one person who cared about our stay and that was a lady on the front desk called Roxanna. She was sympathetic and wanted to make things right.
The service at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and routinely ignored even simple requests.
For example, every morning I ordered English breakfast tea. It arrived with a cup but no milk, sugar or teaspoon, so I had to request each item separately. That might be understandable once, but the same thing happened every morning throughout our seven-night stay.
I also specifically asked for fully hard-boiled eggs. On two consecutive days, they arrived raw. Each time I sent them back, the replacements were still raw even after three attempts.
The manager was apologetic and kindly offered to move us to a sister hotel, which, had I known about it beforehand, I would probably have booked instead. However, it felt as though the hotel wanted its existing guests gone because a large group was arriving for some kind of wellness programme on our checkout day.
Overall, the standards of service were very poor, the staff appeared uninterested, and even the prices of drinks varied depending on whom you asked. Its proximity to the airport is one of its few apparent selling points, but unless you specifically need an airport hotel, it is difficult to understand why you would choose to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Santorini. The property is beautiful, relaxing and very well maintained, but what truly made our experience special was Roxana. She assisted us throughout our entire stay and was always incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of from the moment we arrived until our departure. A huge thank you to Roxana for making our stay even more memorable!

Cicche di sigaretta ovunque vicino ogni lettino sulla spiaggia con relativa puzza. Non si possono usare i lettini vicino la piscina perché sono a pagamento (300 euro/giorno)
La struttura è nuova e all’avanguardia ben organizzata il personale è estremamente gentile in particolare sia il direttore George che tutto lo staff è sempre disponibile nel soddisfare ogni esigenza. La nostra camera era impeccabile sempre pulita e ben tenuta. Il nostro soggiorno al Nikki di Santorini è stato davvero straordinario. È un posto che consiglierò ai miei amici e che sicuramente prenderò in considerazione per un futuro soggiorno. Grazie ancora.

The breakfast was okay and you would normally expect at least olives in a mediterranean country. (also greece is known for that) but there was none.
Like the others said the main pool area is usable with extra charge.
