Important information:

Sunbeds by the pool have an additional charge, according to the bed packages, for all guests. For all in-house guests, the use of the beach sunbeds is free, as well as the use of the main pool.
Please note that on specific dates, private events will take place on the property premises and some venues might be closed or guests will have limited access for a few hours.
Guests should expect a high level of noise, but extra precautions will be taken for the music to play within the acceptable/permissible decibel limits. Please contact the property for more info.
We welcome families with children of all ages in the restaurant areas (Nikki Café, Soul Lounge, and Escape). Children under the age of 12 are not allowed at the Beach Club Pool area, spa, and gym. All minors must be accompanied by a parent at all times.
Everybody must carry a valid and government-issued ID when entering the venue. You may be asked to present the ID by a Nikki Beach employee, management. or a member of security staff at any time when inside the venue. Refusal to present an ID may result in refused entry or removal from the venue.
Maximum room occupancy and extra bed additions are to be confirmed by the property. For bookings for more than 8 rooms, kindly request a group offer from our reservations department as group rates and policies apply.
Pets are accepted at Nikki Beach Santorini in their owner’s accommodations provided they weigh less than 12kg.
Please note that the pre-authorization charge will be returned to the guest following check-out. It may take some time for it to appear in the guest’s account.

In Signature Suite with Private pool and Luxury Suite with Private Pool there is one bedroom with king-size bed and one sofa bed in each of the Suites.

Per il titolo di struttura mi aspettavo di più

La struttura ha una bella accoglienza personale gentilissimo però sono rimasta delusa dalla pulizia della nostra piscina privata in camera .
Stanza interna bellissima però non ho potuto fare il bagno perché le foglie e insetti cadevano continuamente.
La piscina non era posizionata bene perché se pago un servizio extra ovvero una suite con piscina devo avere il diritto di usufruirla e non di chiamare il personale ogni 5 minuti che si sporca .

Terrible service, don’t stay here!

We booked the room for the night before we flew home, nowhere on the booking.com or the Nikki Beach website did it mention the fact that you intended closing the day we were due to check out. I only found this out when I messaged to enquire about late checkout! You did offered late check out until 14:00 but then on the morning of, you both telephoned the room and knocked on the door of the room asking us to check out at the normal time. And your receptionist didn’t believe me, when I told her we had late checkout out until I showed her the message. This was an unwelcoming and terrible experience!

We booked your hotel on the basis it looked like a nice place to spend the last day of holiday lounging, because we had a late flight. And as my wife is 7 months pregnant we wanted somewhere comfortable to do so. This wasn’t possible because you were dissembling the hotel!!!!

So we’ve had move to another hotel to get a cup of coffee and a sandwich (the absolute bear minimum you would expect from a hotel) while we wait to fly and the taxi there cost €25 for a 1 minute journey, that really you should have paid, but didn’t and didn’t offer to.

Terrible experience, won’t be back, won’t recommend!!!!zero star experience

Feedback - do not close your hotel the morning of guests checking out, if your shutting down on the 4th of October, your last night of guests should be the 2nd!!!!!!!!

Visiting Santorini has been a lifelong dream—and we finally made it! Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The suites were absolutely stunning, the views were beyond breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I felt like we were in paradise.

The food was delicious, and the hospitality from the entire team made our visit truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to Anna Maria and Ivan for their exceptional service—you both went above and beyond to make our stay special.
