Great location, fair price – but comfort is seriously lacking

The location is great, the price is fair, and it’s convenient – but unfortunately, the comfort is unacceptable.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled. We changed rooms, and an engineer even came to block the airflow, but we still couldn’t sleep at night. It felt like the building was probably refitted from an office space, not designed for proper hotel comfort.

As a result, both of us caught a bad flu right after the trip. Good location means nothing when you can’t rest. Would not recommend if you value sleep and health.

樓下很多Club及酒吧，10樓以下非常嘈吵，我本來想搬去另一間酒店了，但職員都很幫忙，所以繼續留下了幾晚

Ein guter Platz für Regeneration nach langen Ausflügen in Stadt und Land
Pros:

Waren 6 Nächte im Hotel. Sehr aufmerksames, hilfsbereites und stets freundliches Personal an Rezeption und im Food Bereich. An Rezeption sprechen fast alle Englisch. Top clean. Gute Matratzen, schönes Bad. Kurze Wege zum 101 Tower und den malls. Taxen werden gerufen und die fast ausschließlich chinesisch sprechenden Taxifahrer über Fahrtziel eingewiesen und auf Visitenkarten geschrieben. Wir kommen nach Ende der Rundreise nochmals für einige Tage zurück vor Rückflug.

因鄰近酒吧於深夜持續播放高音量音樂，已嚴重影響住宿品質與作息。同行有年幼小孩，因噪音無法入睡，情況相當困擾。

該噪音以低頻為主，即使飯店隔音良好，仍可明顯感受到窗戶震動與室內共鳴，對休息造成實質影響。本人已曾撥打110請警方協助處理，當下雖有短暫改善，但之後音量反而再次升高，問題持續存在。

Pros:

Wood style around , liked home. Staffs are fantastic friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Location is nice during the day, but awful during the night. The clubs around are super noisy, you wouldn’t be able to fall asleep.

Everything. Except when I was about to check out, female reception staff wanted to collect payment for the room when I paid for it on check-in. Everything else were smooth. Will definitely come back again.
