Pros:

Everything. Except when I was about to check out, female reception staff wanted to collect payment for the room when I paid for it on check-in. Everything else were smooth. Will definitely come back again.

Enjoyable stay!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located very near the Taipei 101 building, which is convenient. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. They handled the communication very well; they responded promptly to all my inquiries during the booking process. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly polite and eager to help us.

We arrived early and left our luggage at the front desk before check-in. By the time we returned to officially check in, we were delighted to find that our bags had already been delivered to our room. A highlight of our trip was my daughter’s birthday, which fell on Valentine's Day—the hotel surprised her with a thoughtful birthday gift! We were so touched by their hospitality.

Cons:

The bathroom has an open shower design, and I found it difficult to find a convenient place to hang a change of dry clothes or towels after my shower.

Solid stay and definetly would stay again!
Pros:

Great location right in the middle of Xinyi, one of the liveliest neighborhoods
Staff was also very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was also solid with a vareity of choices. You can make use of a full fledged gym in the next door mall.

Cons:

On the street are a bunch of night clubs so it can get loud at weekend nights.
The noise isn’t bad but is noticable. Not something the hotel can control

住五樓房間隔音效果待加強，但也可以理解超跑炸街跟酒客的聲音很大聲所以沒辦法完全隔音，建議跟政府反映相關情形。
