Lit un peu mou. La salle de bain est petite, ce n'est pas vraiment gênant quand on est seul, par contre il n'y a aucun rangement ou tablette prévu pour y poser sa trousse de toilette ou y suspendre un vêtement, ce qui est plus dérangeant.

Pár detailů bych vzhledem k ceně ocenila zlepšit. Vím, že za provozu nejde dělat větší renovace, ale zatřít otlučenou zeď, vyprat závěs, na kterém jsou skvrny a odstranit dráty čouhající ze zdi, by neměl být v tak stylovém hotelu problém.

Very small toilet with barely enough room to sit down. I can only find one area of the room I didn’t like. Everything else was great.

Das Bad war neu sehr sauber aber viel zu klein

Das Zimmer war klein, hat jedoch für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt während der Sommerzeit ausgereicht. Das Bad war sehr minimalistisch! Der Frühstücksraum und das Büfett im Gewölbekeller waren eng und laut. Das Frühstücksangebot war vielfältig und ausreichend.

Matkalle sattui kova helle, eikä huoneessa ollut ilmastointia/hyvää ilmanvaihtoa. Yöllä piti olla ikkunat auko, ja yön eri äänet pitivät hereillä.

The room we were initially given was more like an attic storage space than a hotel room. It contained a small bed and a few pieces of furniture, but anyone over 170cm would have to bend over just to move around, and for someone over 190cm it was virtually impossible to stand or walk comfortably.

The room felt like a sauna. Heat radiated from the floor, the air was incredibly thick, and there was virtually no ventilation. There was only one small attic window, and even when fully open it let in almost no fresh air. Keeping it open also meant listening to constant noise from outside, making it impossible for me to sleep the entire first night.

As a result, I was unable to fully participate in an event that I had paid several thousand to attend! After we complained, we were moved to a better room, but the hotel only offered a 25% refund for the first night. Considering that the original room was essentially unusable, we should have received a full refund for that night. In my opinion, that room should not be rented out at all.

The breakfast was equally disappointing. The juice was watered down, the coffee tasted burnt, and the scrambled eggs were watery and flavorless. To top it off, we had to eat while listening to the kitchen staff shouting at each other in Thai.

Judging by other reviews, we are far from the first guests to complain about this room and the poor quality of the breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem interested in addressing these recurring issues.
