La habitación super amplia y cómoda, la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y la ubicación.
Punto aparte para el restaurante a la hora de la cena, delicioso, espectacular.
El hidromasaje que aparece en las fotos, ya no está, la piscina está de otro color (mucho más linda en fotos), aparte de que te da el agua por la rodilla y está hirviendo más que caliente.
En el desayuno no hay frutas enteras, solo ensalada de frutas.
La amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.

The room was large. AC worked.
Firstly I had requested a change of date due my flight being cancelled. I can understand that they wish to decline. But the decent thing to do is to decline before the start of the actual stay. I had also sent an email, thinking they don’t receive booking.com notifications. So the lack of reactivity I didn’t like.
Nothing was explained at check in. Had to figure out where spa was. After going to up, I understood why they didn’t mention it.
The phone in the room didn’t work. After pushing down the cable into it. I could call front desk but they couldn’t hear me. Rang them twice. They didn’t bother coming up, checking if okay or calling back.
Wanted to do Apple Pay upon checkout. Their machine didn’t work with my card. It was inconvenient. It has worked everywhere else.
