Juan Carlos de recepción fue muy amable con nosotras cuando llegamos muy temprano, fue el mejor del personal de recepción con el que tratamos durante nuestra estancia y que buscó soluciones a nuestras consultas

Cons:

No había para conectar directamente el celular con USB, no teníamos el adaptador para el tipo de enchufe de Argentina.

Pros:

Habitación y baños amplios. Amabilidad del recepcionista. Nos recomendó dónde comer siendo un domingo bien pasada la hora de almuerzo porque recién llegábamos de viaje. El hotel está a dos cuadras del Paseo Güemes, zona con mucha oferta gastronómica.

Cons:

El restaurante del hotel cierra los domingos. No pudimos comer allí. La zona de la pileta climatizada no está bien calefaccionada. Si bien la temperatura del agua es óptima, el ambiente no está lo suficientemente cálido y se siente frío.
En el primer piso, donde estuve hospedada, hay olor a humedad en los pasillos.

La habitacion super amplia, comoda y moderna. El desayuno muy completo y variado. Todo el personal es muy atento y amable. El hotel es una belleza arquitectonica.
