Wow. What a amazing hotel. Been on loads of holidays half board and this is definitely the best for the food. Food selection is amazing and quality is brilliant. They have roast chickens and the bbq goes all the time even at breakfast to toast the bread. The bread and croissants are all made fresh in the oven right in front of you. Freshly made omelettes and made to order pancakes. Freshly made pizza. The quality of the food is a credit to the chefs and to the hotel. Well done.

We arrived for 5 days stay and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
We had a rental car and there is free parking all the way down the road of the hotel.

Cracks around the pool in the drainage - tripped a few times

To be honest for what we made, it was great value for money and we would stay again as we had a rental car and travelled around every day.

Stayed a week here with family. The staff are really helpful, we were originally placed in the room right above the entertainment but the late entertainment kept waking our 1yr old up who was in a cot bed (20 euro hire deposit, you get it back). The staff were able to relocate us and we slept great then on. The food has lots of choice, the cooks did well for my mum, nephew and niece who are gluten free (mum is diary too), and they'd come and walk you around to advise what they can have, would also make fresh in the back e.g. omelette. Pool area was good, although the pool was boltic but the eldest still played in it. The entertainment was good, really try and get the kids involved to have fun! It's close enough to the theme park (20-5min) and the beach front. 2 shops around the corner.

The hotel was very welcolming, staff very helpful especially the guy on the evening entertainment his energy and enthusiasm was very infectious and my children loved him. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very well located only 10 mins from the beach and lots to do and see. I loved the food it was delicious and we ate like kings every night and day lots to choose from, overall the perfect family holiday.

Last day of our fab family holiday. Entertainment team were great at keeping everyone busy round the pool. Good location to walk to portaventura world. Food , average buffet style. Plenty of choice to eat out close by. Would recommend to family and friends.

Entertainment amazing, brilliant for kids, food is brilliant. Rooms are well present. Location is perfect. Theme park is amazing.

Had an amazing holiday came back after a week in August the entertainment team of Raymond,crazy, roul were brilliant with the kids and adults always made time to chat...the food is good and the rooms are small but very clean. We will be returning next year.

Funny entertaining nice helpful made an effort to speak the language emelio was very funny and nice there were lots of fun games and they kept us very entertained the food was good there was lots of variety

The location is great, close to the centre,beach and the theme parks. The family room is very small, not very much room for children to play would just be a room for sleeping and showering, sliding bathroom door that had big gaps so you could see right into the bathroom when the door was shut too. No privacy at all. The kids entertainment staff were great but the staff at breakfast and dinner seemed very overwhelmed with the crowds. I waited 20 mins on a member of staff bringing mayonnaise for my son's chips by that point the chips had gone cold and he no longer wanted anything to eat. The queue just to get into dinner every night was a bit off putting and the food seemed very repetitive maybe 1 thing different during our week stay. Staff at reception quite slow moving if booking someone in. Prices for drinks in the hotel seemed higher than most places.My son cut 3 of his toes by the pool with broken(shards) tiles. The cleanliness wasn't great in the rooms, even after the cleaner was in the room there was still bits of food on the floor which didn't seem to have been cleaned. Seems they focus on bathroom cleaning and that was it. Wasn't overly noisy my children still slept through the entertainment. Had an overall good atmosphere within the hotel and round the pool everyone else I spoke to during our stay was lovely and a real family place to go if the staff were better trained and food options were changed regularly. I wouldn't book to stay here again but still enjoyed most of our experience there.

Perfect location for PortAventura, restaurants and Beach, everything is a short walking distance.
Hotel was very clean and well looked after, our rooms were cleaned everyday.
Pool was perfect for my boy, he loved the slides. The life guards around the pool were amazing, they never took their eyes off it and when a child fell in the lifeguard was in within a second rescuing them. They gave you that extra peace of mind and they really cared about everyone.
The entertainment team were brilliant with the kids and adults, they included everyone and made you feel really welcome (absolutely no pressure if you didn’t want to join in).
We only did the buffet a couple of times as we booked room only but it was nice to have the option to pay and go there. It was quite busy like you’d expect at a buffet but the food was still yummy and there were so many options.
During the day there is also a bar at the pool that does food, the chef is lovely there constantly cooking and the food was perfect. My son loved his pepperoni pizza!
The bar staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
Would recommend the hotel absolutely to anyone who wanted the perfect family holiday. We haven’t left yet and I’m already looking to return next year with more of my family.

We stayed for a week in July. We never once got a seat by the pool. It was so crowed, the pool is just too small for the hotel. The food was nice except they kept trying to charge for water. The room was fine. Location was great very close to the sea and salou. We were out of the hotel everyday as there was no where to sit in the sun. Entertainment was dismal. We went out ever evening after dinner. Lucky it was close to bars and promenade.

He was fun. I was in YOUR every night the bingo oh my God, I lied to dance the swimming pool. It was good boys little more my mama it was singer all of this song when the people player I love my holiday.
