La ubicación está muy bien

Cons:

Estamos en España y el castellano es una lengua oficial. Entiendo que puedan atender a turistas en otros idiomas, pero me parece inapropiado que, sin preguntarme, se dirijan a mí en inglés o francés. Lo normal sería comenzar la atención en castellano y cambiar de idioma si el cliente lo solicita

Además, durante la noche se escuchaban continuamente bebés llorando, lo que dificultaba mucho el descanso. Entiendo que los bebés pueden llorar y que no es responsabilidad del hotel, pero la insonorización de las habitaciones debería ser adecuada para evitar que el ruido de otras habitaciones moleste durante toda la noche

Calidad, ubicación y precio excelente
Pros:

El buffet muy variado y la comida estaba muy buena, la limpieza todos los días hacían las habitaciones, el horario de la piscina hasta las 20:00 era fantástico y la ubicación perfecta, ya que íbamos andando a Portaventura y estaba muy cerca de la playa y zona de ocio Recomendable 100%.

Cons:

Me resultó muy estrecha las habitaciones, y la zona de los armarios no era muy cómoda, resulta complicado pillar hamacas en la piscina, la gente reserva desde primera hora y hay veces que no las ves ocupadas en todo el dia, lo veo fatal.

Room cleanliness and comfort

The room was very small for four people, and there was barely enough space to move around. It was more suitable for two people than four. The walls were dirty, and the bathroom was not properly private or soundproofed. There was only a sliding door, which made it possible to see the person inside and hear the noises from the bathroom.

There were also not enough electrical outlets for four people. The bed sheets were never changed during our five-day stay. We could also hear noise from the kitchen all the way into the room, which was quite disturbing.

Finally, the shampoo and shower gel provided were not of good quality.

Per una vacanza normale in famiglia.
Pros:

Buffet a colazione e cena molto vario ed assortito. Personale sempre disponibile. Posizione ottima.

Cons:

Pulizia delle camere così così e soprattutto troppo piccole, avevo una quadrupla ed i letti occupavano interamente la stanza con pochissimo spazio. La piscina lascia molto a desiderare, troppo sporca.

Pros:

Ha sido una estancia fantástica. Llegamos y aparcamos en la puerta. Está a menos de 15 minutos de la playa y a 20 de Port Aventura así que no hemos tenido que coger el coche ningún día. Las instalaciones están bien y la comida también. El personal tanto de recepción, restaurante, bar como de limpieza encantadores. Excelente calidad-precio.
