Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet, comfortabel und sauber. Der Wellness Bereich mit den 2 Pools und Saunas war der Hammer einfach fantastisch.

Pros:

Es war ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag.
Die Zimmer sind sehr schön saniert worden. Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend.
Im Wellnessbereich konnte man sich nichts anderes als erholen. Ob es in den Ruheräumen, Sauna's oder in den Pools war.
Ebenfalls wurde der Service sehr groß geschrieben.
Man befindet sich in mitten verschiedener Skigebiete. Eines schöner als das andere.
Umgeben von Supermärkten und Restaurants.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau☝🏼

Ein etwas einladenderer Bereich für nach dem Essen wäre eine schöne Sache. Ich glaube dann wären wir noch länger unten gegessen und hätten ein paar mehr Aperitifs getrunken.

Über den Fitnessraum lässt sich diskutieren.

Ansonsten habe ich nichts auszusetzen.

Eine Wohlfühloase
Pros:

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, von Anfang an ein herzlicher Empfang mit Begrüßungsgetränk. Wir haben ungefragt ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, die Nachtlampen (Kugelform) waren sehr schön vom Design. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Personal immer freundlich und bemüht. Der Spa Bereich war auch sehr schön, der Ruherraum mit den Holznischen war besonders toll. Man war ganz für sich. Das Sole Becken ist auf jeden Fall ein Highlight. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Cons:

Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist sehr grell, egal wie man sie per Lichtschalter auswählt , das ist nicht so angenehm zum Schminken. Man hört den Kühlschrank in der Nacht, das stört ein bisschen. Der Biosauna Raum ist sehr angenehm, hier wäre eine dezentere Beleuchtung besser und vielleicht statt der durchsichtigen Glastüre , eine mit Milchglas (zum Teil).

Fabulous spa mini break only 40 mins from Innsbruk.
Pros:

Our room was the best we have stayed in for a long time - modern, beautiful and spacious, with great views. The spa facilities are really great and the saunas and pools brilliant. It is definitely worth visiting the hotel just for these. However it is the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff we spoke to that really made the trip special. It feels like happy staff, happy guests. Really a marvelous stay.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful and the spa are is outstanding. We had the most amazing massage which was reasonably priced. The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much for them.
