Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια, αλλά όχι με νήπιο.
Pros:

Η τοποθέσια του καταλύματος είναι ιδανική. Κοντά σε θέση στάθμευσης και δίπλα σχεδόν στην θάλασσα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και μοντέρνο και καθαρό. Το προσωπικό είναι ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό.

Cons:

Υπήρχαν μόνο δύο καθίσματα σε δωμάτιο 2 ενηλίκων και 2 παιδιών. Η παροχή ψηλό κάθισμα φαγητού δεν υπήρχε στο διαμέρισμα. Μας δυσκόλεψαν πολύ στο φαγητό ειδικά με μωρό 9 μηνών. Το aircondition έβαζε νερά μέσα στο διαμέρισμα και συγκεκριμένα στις σκάλες γεγονός αρκετά επικίνδυνο.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with great location! Katerina has made everything to make our stay the Best experience, her knowledge about the Island and Chania is great and she helped us a lot! Room was always clean and tidy. Would very much recommend!

Alles was man sich wünscht vereint diese Unterkunft. Gerne wieder. Der Servive der Vermieterin war einzigartig.
Pros:

Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Herzlichkeit der Vermieterin Katarina. Liebevoll wurde das Apartment eingerichtet. Frische Blumen, Kosmetische Pröbchen, eine Flasche Sekt und ein Probefläschien Raki haben uns erwartet. Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und hat für den Transport zum Flughafen organisiert. Die Zimmer waren mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sehr sauber.

Nice apartment in historic building with perfect location
Pros:

Katerina is a very lovely host and she gave us lots of great tips on restaurants, beaches, parking, etc. The hotel is located conveniently at the eastern end of the old town, which makes everything a comfortable walking distance. Still it‘s very quietly located in a side alley. It‘s very clean, the terrace with the lemon trees was very cute. The breakfast is served at another place very close right at the harbor (only inside). They have 4 menus to choose from, it‘s good and a lot. You also get orange juice, and a filter coffee or black tea.

Cons:

If you‘re sensitive to noise (especially while sleeping) an apartment on the top floor would be better. We had an apartment on the first floor and we could hear our neighbours above walking loudly.

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Katerina is the real star of the property! Super friendly and eager to help. She made our stay fantastic. I had booked this property after reading other reviews about her.

We stayed in the suite, with private roof top deck and hot tub. The suite is very well appointed. Everything you could need and a very comfortable bed. Perfect location for walking to old town and affordable restaurants. The views from the rooftop are incredible! Nice outdoor furniture and an umbrella.

The only downside (not the fault of the property) is the hot tub is not very warm. It’s great on a warm day. We had some cooler nights and rainy days. We asked Katerina if the temp could be turned up (it’s at 33°, in Canada our hot tubs sit around 38-39°) and the manufacturer has told her, no - it can only be turned down to a lower temperature.

Wonderful hotel, great location and amazing staff. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Excellent location right near the centre. The hotel is a real little gem, clean and comfortable. We had an exceptional split level room with kitchen facilities and a little balcony. It really was lovely and had been modernised. Good value for money. Katerina the manager was lovely, very friendly with lots of useful tips and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Hotel Fortino and Katerina for your hospitality which made our visit to Chania very special.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Chania in einem sehr schönen Boutique Hotel.
Pros:

Zentrale Lage in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders Katerina ist eine liebevolle Hotelmanagerin, immer für ein kleines Gespräch bereit und mit guten Tips.
Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einer kleinen Terrasse zum zwischenzeitlichen Relaxen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe ist alles vorhanden und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet appartement ! L’emplacement est vraiment idéal : proche de toutes les commodités, des restaurants et des différents points d’intérêt de l’île. Il y a également un parking à disposition, ce qui est très pratique pour les personnes qui souhaitent louer une voiture afin de visiter l’île en toute liberté.

L’appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et passer un séjour confortable, même pour une semaine ou plus.

Un immense merci à Katarina, qui est une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle est attentionnée, disponible et donne d’excellents conseils pour profiter pleinement du séjour et découvrir l’île. On sent qu’elle fait tout pour que ses voyageurs passent les meilleures vacances possibles.

Je recommande vraiment cet appartement ainsi que Catarina les yeux fermés !
