Cons:

- cleaning of the rooms was different to what I am used to. Towels were not changed during our 3 day stay but that’s our own fault for not reading the card on where to put dirty ones or to ask for cleaning of the room by putting your door hanger on. Used to them done daily regardless.

Well placed boutique hotel
Pros:

4 of stayed for several nights at this lovely and smart boutique hotel. Each of our rooms was comfy, well appointed and spotless. Very nice en suite bathrooms.
Reception staff were extremely helpful and courteous, as were breakfast staff.
The breakfast is extensive and varied.
The sauna and spa treatment area is a real bonus.
Highly recommended.
We would all stay there again on return visits.

Just returned from a 5 night stay. WOW!! hotel is outstanding with great customer service. From the moment we checked in right up until departure we were made to feel welcome. The hotel is spotless, well maintained and modern catering for all your needs. Hotel was also in a great Central location. So very impressed and we do not have one single fault. I would like to mention BARTOSZ one of the receptionist who was so very friendly and helpful. He took time to show us on a map and tell us about places to visit. His knowledge and customer service was extremely good. Also would like to mention ANNE our room cleaner. The room was spotless. Clearly a hard worker and great at her job. Both an asset to hotel. Massive thank you to you all for a lovely stay. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Kind regards Debbi & Duane x

Very nice hotel
Pros:

Everything perfect Except the restroom door latch broken. Room too hot without explanation how to turn off. For the rest, the room care has been fantastic (thanks to Anna). Breakfast very very opulent

Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Been there before so knew what to expect. Rooms very clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant. Great location. Great breakfast. Only downside was that since I stayed there before, they now no longer have a bar.

Wonderful stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel
Pros:

I stayed at the Queen Boutique Hotel with a small group of friends and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right between Krakow’s Old Town and the Jewish Quarter making it easy to explore on foot. The hotel is stylish, exceptionally clean, and beautifully maintained. Our rooms were tastefully decorated with modern bathrooms, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff were outstanding both before and during our stay. They arranged our airport transfers, helped with tour information and bookings, and made great restaurant reservations for us. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out.

Although the hotel doesn’t have a bar, the elegant lobby provided a lovely, relaxing space to enjoy a drink after a day of sightseeing or an evening out. Staff were always available to take drink orders, whether coffees, teas, or something stronger.

Breakfast was a daily highlight. There was plenty of variety, everything was fresh and well presented, and the made‑to‑order hot dishes were cooked perfectly. A special mention to Jennie, who greeted us each morning with a warm smile and made breakfast feel extra enjoyable. Her kindness and attention to detail were much appreciated.

Overall, nothing was too much trouble for the whole team at the Queen Boutique Hotel. Their friendly service made our stay even more memorable. I would love to return to Krakow and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Amazing stay at end of February
Pros:

The hotel is amazing. From the minute you step through the doors it is immaculate and you are greeted by extremely friendly and helpful staff, they can not do enough for you. The room we stayed in was a triple room and we were blown away by the room. Breakfast choices were fantastic. We had the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever tasted and just the right amount. The hotel is ideally located, within walking distance to Main Square and surrounding areas. Myself and my family would definitely definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the most wonderful stay 😁

Really enjoyed staying at Queen Boutique Hotel. Very well located hotel
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.. great choice of fruit, pastries, salads, cold meats and cheeses and cooked breakfast as well. Very good coffee.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom was very nice but smaller than depicted in the booking website.
