The Hotel was very central and convenient for seeing KracowThe rooms were very clean and comfortable The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area would definitely recommend
Very comfortable bed with plenty of room and a nice sized bathroom. Air conditioning was effective and our deluxe room had a lovely view from the large balcony.
Small issues with bathroom supplies but no major problems during our four night stay.
An excellent hotel with the most wonderful staff. We had a Deluxe Room with Balcony. Could not fault a thing. Staff so friendly, happy helpful speak English and can’t do enough for you. Bed super comfortable and being EX BA hostess have stayed in top hotels with beds not as comfortable as these. Breakfast has a wonderful selection can order eggs any style off the menu and buffet available too. About 10 minute walk to Old town square and across the road from the Jewish Quarter. The hotel booked the Krakow Direct Tour to Auschwitz for us and we were collected from the hotel this was excellent too . Pick up was 10.15am and back at 6pm costing £121 for 2 of us worth every penny. From the airport download BOLT App. Brilliant app took 25 mins cost £10 to the hotel. The hotel has a spa but we didn’t get time to use it. We will be back 👍
Erittäin siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja auttoivat esim etsimään ensimmäisen aamun aamupalapaikan
Tupakan haju tuli huoneeseen
Delightful hotel in a good location. Close to the Old Town and the city center. Only issue was an AC problem that was taken care of promptly. Room was clean, staff professional, restaurant outstanding. Recommend hotel.
Great hotel! Perfect location. Love the breakfast
Room lovely, facilities good, breakfast has so much choice, location perfect
I had a fantastic stay at Queen Boutique Hotel. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, elegant, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring Kraków.
The food was outstanding, from the delicious breakfasts to the excellent restaurant offerings. Every meal was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor.
One of the highlights of my stay was the spa area. It was clean, tranquil, and provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and recharge.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The location is also excellent. It is close enough to walk to the Old Town and major attractions.
Overall, Queen Boutique Hotel has great atmosphere, fantastic food, a relaxing spa, outstanding service. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next visit to Kraków.
We had a 4 night stay and the staff, the hotel, the cleaners, the breakfast - just EVERYTHING, was perfect.
The staff are so helpful on reception - names I remember are Piotr, Patryk, Bartosz, Kacker, Michael and possibly others, the housemaid Renato, just everyone were fantastic and the deserve to be recognised for representing your hotel so well. Customers like service like that.
The hotel is spotless, modern but with charm and really well positioned for everything - Jewish Quarter less than 6min walk, Old Town Square 10 min walk.
The staff arranged airport transfer in a private car where Adam was so helpful and I think the other guy who took us to the airport was Neil. Very polite and knowledgeable.
The staff also arranged our tours with Krakow Direct to Auschwitz and the Salt Mines.
Brilliant, fantastic stay. Thank you
The location was amazing, right in between the old town and the Jewish quarter. Easy access to trams and the station.
There was a radiator on in the bedroom and it took too long to get it turned off (the valve was stuck).
The location is excellent, close to both the Jewish quarter and the old town. Nice staff, great breakfast spread and clean.
Only minor things, however would make a difference. The pillows are shocking, hard and uncomfortable, charging extra (£7.16)for poached eggs, when omelettes and scrambled are free is bewildering. No bar!!!
This hotel is in an excellent location for the Jewish area, less than a 5 minute walk, near all the other main sights (a 15 minute walk) and 2 trams (3 & 24- which changes to a 74 after 6pm and the weekends?) pass at the end of the street for Schindlers factory, the Jewish Ghetto & Hero’s square.
All the staff in the hotel are super friendly and helpful. There is a lift for anyone that uses one.
The breakfast buffet (7am - 10am) offered a huge selection of everything and more than you would expect. There is a small menu where they will cook fresh hot things for you, some of it is free and some you pay for. There is a selection of hot food (bacon, sausage, mushrooms etc) available in the buffet, we only ordered fresh eggs.
There are quiet rooms in this hotel. We weren’t in one of them and were in room 103 on the front street, we weren’t disturbed by the trams, traffic or people. We closed the window and put the air con on in the evening. The air conditioning was silent. The hotel provided ear plugs, but we didn’t need them.
The room and bathroom were modern and spacious with plenty plugs, wardrobe space etc.
We had a wonderful stay and will return.
Great location and easy to find. Staff were fantastic, couldn’t have been more helpful, even gave us a map and told us the best places to eat etc (sorry I can’t for the life of me remember his name, young chap with clear glasses) Rooms weee a good size with everything you needed so I highly recommend this hotel and will def be back
Everything! It was an awesome place to stay for our 3 nights in krakow ! Modern throughout , clean and friendly. Great location. Breakfast excellent!.
There was a really lovely young man 18/20 ish long wavy brown hair on reception and he went above and beyond to be helpful and informative. Always greeted us with a smile and a chat.
Nothing
La situation géographique idéale !
The room, on arrival, was absolutely beautiful. We opened the curtains, and the view (from the balcony) was of the gardens. It was lovely. The bathroom was spotless and was equipped with a hair dryer. The super king bed was so comfortable, and the mini bar and espresso coffee machine were very welcome. The staff on the desk were always on hand for any questions we had, which included transport (The Tram) and where to visit. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with enough variations for all guests. The girls on breakfast duty were lovely and explained everything on arrival. All in all, the Queen Boutique Hotel is a great place for your base to explore Krakow, and the main Old Town Square is a jewel in the crown.
This hotel is well situated to visit the Jewish Quarter and the Main Square. The breakfast at the Hotel is excellent, a great choice of hot and cold food. The waitresses are so friendly and helpful as are staff on reception who have excellent knowledge if you need to know anything. The rooms are large and beautifully equipped. Just one small point only a small window on the 4th floor bedrooms which is locked for safety reasons and only 2 skylight windows for ventilation. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for its location, food and friendly staff.
We had an excellent stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was lovely. Bedrooms were very clean bright and comfortable. Location perfect for sightseeing around Krakow.
