Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemny dla oka wystrój, bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo smaczne śniadanie jak i drinki (% i 0%) :)
Wbrew opiniom, że jest głośno (pokój z widokiem na ulicę jak większość) - po zamknięciu okien można korzystać z pokoju bez problemu. W mojej ocenie cisza.
Jeżeli ktoś potrzebuje spać przy otwartym oknie to nie może być wrażliwy na dźwięki ulicy. W nocy spokojnie, ale od wczesnego ranka może być słychać tramwaje. W pokoju dostępne są zatyczki.

Pros:

My husband and I spent four nights at the Queen Boutique hotel. It is perfectly located between the Castle area and the old Jewish quarter now full of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very helpful with questions, directions, suggestions. The hotel restaurant, Amarylis is a Michelin restaurant and was wonderful. We recommend Poland and the Queen Boutique in Krakow.

First class hotel and restaurant.
Pros:

First time in Krakow. The Queen Boutique Hotel surpassed our expectations in many ways.
The hotel location is perfectly positioned between the Old Town and Kazimierz district. All the main areas of Krakow are easily walkable from the hotel but, if that is not for you the trams are close by.
We had a balcony room at the rear overlooking the gardens and Wawel castle; peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and clean with excellent housekeeping. All staff were polite, respectful, charming and helpful. We would highly recommend and would return without hesitation.
On a final note breakfast was a relaxed affair in the Amaryllis restaurant with an excellent choice of food backed up by great staff. We experienced the Tasting Menu / Wine Pairing on our final night for my wife’s birthday. The food, wine and experience was first class backed up by friendly, helpful and well informed staff. Pricey but worth every penny.
