Pros:

Gostei bastante do hotel, é um hotel boutique com funcionários muito educados. O café da manhã é bom e a localização é muito central. Fizemos quase tudo a pé, realmente muito boa a localização.

Cons:

Não gostei de duas coisas:
a primeira é que o hotel não tem um bar, apenas um restaurante que fica no subsolo, sem vista, sem janelas. É um restaurante muito bom, mas falta um bar mais descontraído.
A segunda coisa que não dá pra entender é como um hotel desse nível tem toalhas de banho tão ruins, elas são finas e pequenas, não condizem com todo o resto que o hotel apresenta.

Cons:

בצ'יק אין מחתימים על הצהרה להתחייבות לשמירה על מתקני המלון (מעולם לא נתקלתי בשום מלון..).
השלט של המזגן היה שבור והמזגן לא עבד באופן תקין.
כיוון המים החמים במקלחת היה מאוד קשה ולא נוח וכך גם מוט המקלחת היה מקולקל ולא מחזיק.

Recommended hotel near Old Town Krakow.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed with plenty of room and a nice sized bathroom. Air conditioning was effective and our deluxe room had a lovely view from the large balcony.

Cons:

Small issues with bathroom supplies but no major problems during our four night stay.

Excellent Hotel, Breakfast and Amazing Staff
Pros:

An excellent hotel with the most wonderful staff. We had a Deluxe Room with Balcony. Could not fault a thing. Staff so friendly, happy helpful speak English and can’t do enough for you. Bed super comfortable and being EX BA hostess have stayed in top hotels with beds not as comfortable as these. Breakfast has a wonderful selection can order eggs any style off the menu and buffet available too. About 10 minute walk to Old town square and across the road from the Jewish Quarter. The hotel booked the Krakow Direct Tour to Auschwitz for us and we were collected from the hotel this was excellent too . Pick up was 10.15am and back at 6pm costing £121 for 2 of us worth every penny. From the airport download BOLT App. Brilliant app took 25 mins cost £10 to the hotel. The hotel has a spa but we didn’t get time to use it. We will be back 👍

Delightful Hotel
Pros:

Delightful hotel in a good location. Close to the Old Town and the city center. Only issue was an AC problem that was taken care of promptly. Room was clean, staff professional, restaurant outstanding. Recommend hotel.
