Queen Boutique Hotel

My husband and I spent four nights at the Queen Boutique hotel. It is perfectly located between the Castle area and the old Jewish quarter now full of restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable and pleasant. The staff was very helpful with questions, directions, suggestions. The hotel restaurant, Amarylis is a Michelin restaurant and was wonderful. We recommend Poland and the Queen Boutique in Krakow.

First time in Krakow. The Queen Boutique Hotel surpassed our expectations in many ways.
The hotel location is perfectly positioned between the Old Town and Kazimierz district. All the main areas of Krakow are easily walkable from the hotel but, if that is not for you the trams are close by.
We had a balcony room at the rear overlooking the gardens and Wawel castle; peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious and clean with excellent housekeeping. All staff were polite, respectful, charming and helpful. We would highly recommend and would return without hesitation.
On a final note breakfast was a relaxed affair in the Amaryllis restaurant with an excellent choice of food backed up by great staff. We experienced the Tasting Menu / Wine Pairing on our final night for my wife’s birthday. The food, wine and experience was first class backed up by friendly, helpful and well informed staff. Pricey but worth every penny.

Location was brilliant - right between the Jewish quarter and the old town. Breakfast was brilliant and rooms clean and comfy. Reception and staff couldn’t be anymore helpful.

Very smart boutique hotel perfectly located between the Old Town and Kasmierz. Breakfast buffet was excellent and I’m not always a fan of hotel breakfasts! Deluxe room was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing missing was a bar, but drinks were available in the lobby.

Really really good breakfast with something for everyone, using quality ingredients. The girls were very attentive and always topped everything up.
We had a 3rd floor front facing room which we loved. It was nice to be able to open the window and see the world go by. There was zero noise issues either, the room is well insulated.
Robe, slippers, safe, tea coffee, water. Everything was there including umbrellas at the main door which unfortunately we had to use !!
100% recommended.

Beautiful hotel close to both the old town and the Jewish quarter

This hotel is outstanding. This was a family break of 3 couples.
The hotel is a short distance to both the Old Town and Jewish Quarters.
A lovely small boutique hotel which gave us the personal touch which we prefer compared to hotel chains.
Nothing was too mush trouble for the staff. They were so polite and courteous and could answer our questions and give more information than asked for!
We found BARTOSZ extremely helpful and knowledgable and a real pleasure to talk to, he recommended restaurants and called through to book tables for us. He is an asset to the hotel.
The classic rooms were just the right size and a great bathroom.
One of the rooms we had was at the front of the hotel and two rooms were at the back. The front room was definitely noisier but did not disturb us and the hotel supply ear plugs anyway if needed.
The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. Lots of selection of cereal, bread, fruit, pastries etc and an egg menu to choose from. The scrambled egg and omelettes were wonderful, freshly cooked to your taste.
The two girls were very friendly in the breakfast room and nothing was too much trouble.
Would 100% stay at this hotel again. Don’t look at any other hotels….stay here!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location close to main square and Jewish quarter,
Friendly helpful staff and the breakfasts were very good.
The only slight issue was we were in a front facing room and the trams run throughout the night but ear plugs were provided ,
