Great Hotel and Perfect for Visiting Krakow
Pros:

A brilliant hotel, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean and spacious, lots of choice for breakfast and good quality, staff are friendly and helpful. Well positioned for both the old town and Jewish quarter. We had a balcony room overlooking the castle, great view and very quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel I highly recommend it.
Pros:

Lovely Hotel, excellent service from our arrival to when we left. They offer basic complimentary toiletries if you forget yours plus complimentary water upon arrival. It is in a very good location access to Old Town and getting dropped off and picked up by taxis or tours. The room we had was really nice and spacious. Very clean, Staff helpful and always smiling which says alot about there place of work. The choices for Breakfast were really good and everything you could possibly want. Highly recommend this hotel and I would definately return when I return to this great destination.

A lovely stay at gorgeous hotel
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very cozy. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was really good. So much choice and all tasty and fresh.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. And I had a fabulous hot stones massage with Monika. I actually dozed off it was that relaxing.

The hotel was in a great location, perfectly situated for sightseeing and only a 10 minute walk from Krakow Grzegorzki train station. There are loads of restaurants, cafes and bars close by.

If you are looking for the perfect base in the city, look no further. Our stay at the Queen Boutique Hotel was exceptional from start to finish.

The Highlights:

Location: You couldn't ask for better. It sits right in the "sweet spot" between the historic Old Town and the vibrant Jewish Quarter, making everything walkable.

The Room: Sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for collapsing into after a long day of sightseeing.

The Breakfast: Truly amazing. There is a massive variety of food, but the real winner was the made-to-order station. Having omelettes and eggs cooked exactly to your preference was a high-end touch.

Standout Service:

A massive thank you to Bartosz at the reception desk. He truly elevated our trip with his local expertise. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, pointing us toward the best hidden-gem restaurants and giving us the kind of city advice you just can't find in a guidebook.

Bottom line: Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city. We will definitely be back!

Great hotel
Pros:

What a lovley hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and decorated lovely.
The breakfast was amazing, plenty choice for everyone.
The staff were so good, couldnt do enough for us.
Just over 5 minutes to walk yo the square, and some great resturants a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
We will definatley return to this hotel.
