La struttura è davvero molto bella: ricca di servizi e di di attività. Camera grande e spaziosa. Un po’ lunghi i tempi di attesa per le pulizie.
Cibo davvero ottimo per quantità e qualità!
Personale molto cortese e disponibile.
Ottima anche la spa.
Unica pecca: una struttura 5 stelle con quella posizione dovrebbe fornire un servizio di transfer da e per l’aeroporto (pagato 90 euro a tratta per il taxi…)

Comida boa e variada. Proximidade da praia. Preços de bebidas acessíveis.Quarto podia ter melhor aspecto mas cumpre.recomendo

Dårlig renhold av rom. Uansett hvor søt vaskedama var, urinflekken fra forrige gjest under do ble aldri vasket bort.. Frokost og middagsbuffeten hadde lite variasjon og føles ikke 5-stjerners.. de ansatte (servitører, basseng/håndklestasjon) osv var alle kjempehyggelige og gjorde så godt de kunne for å gi god service. En mellomleder kjeftet på samtlige ansatte han kunne finne foran alle gjester. Forstår kulturen er annerledes enn i Norge, men å skrike til en ansatt og si at hvis han får en klage, så får han sparken.. gir ikke hyggelig dag ved bassenget.. Musikken på stedet var helt forferdelig. De 4 første dagene hørte vi de samme forferdelige låtene på repeat i alle barer. Ga et dårlig inntrykk. Stedet er fint, med gode fasiliteter. Men ikke 5 stjerner. Heller 3 /4-

Almost everything about this resort is excellent. Spotlessly clean, attentive and friendly staff, great accommodation and pools, little outdoor cinema showing English films each evening and then there is the food. I have never been much of a fan of buffet style meals, but the food and service provided here surpassed all expectations in both the quality and quantity. Truly amazing. Vast choice of fruit and salads, local dishes, oven baked pizza, pasta and roast meats and desserts to die for. You will be going back for more ! Drinks are a very reasonable price. Half price alcohol at happy hour between 4pm and 6pm. Mine’s a mojito 👍. The only negative is that it is situated such that you either need a car to travel anywhere, or avail yourself of organised trips. We did both to see the highlights of the island and delightful neighbouring Ithaka. But I missed the typical evening stroll and window shopping.
It lacks a comfortable lounge although there is a music bar. There are sofas in reception but it’s a bit clinical and the air con is a bit too chilly there.
Xi beach is a short stroll away. The weather was so hot during our stay that we didn’t go there as I believe there is little shade and that was a shame, but the pool made up for it. Umbrellas are fixed so no one can take more than one per two sun beds and reserving these with towels is technically not allowed. There is also an outdoor sofa area with shade. In all a great place and highly recommended.

We could not find anything about the hotel to complain about. The food was beyond excellent and it was a joy to eat and savour the varied dishes provided both in the buffet and a la carte! The staff were all friendly and attentive and the slow pace of life soon engulfed us and we felt relaxed and totally at home which is exactly what you need on a holiday. Will definitely be going back!

Beautiful and well maintained grounds and pools. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom products were very nice and they kept them stocked daily. Food at the buffet and Italian restaurant were very good. Great selection of choices of food. Only complaint would be that with the half board plan, no drinks were provided with the dinner, not even water! Also, even though we had our room set to do not disturb, the maids still entered our rooms and cleaned and people knocked on our doors to refill coffee etc. Those were the only things that bugged me and that’s really not anything to worry about. Honestly, It’s definitely the best hotel on the island! We rented a car and traveled over the entire island. The best beaches are on the west side of the island. Xi beach is right by the resort and is one of the nicest. Try the tavern on Xi beach. The food is really good and cheap! The hotel is worth the money for sure. We got massages at the spa and the ladies there were wonderful. We loved our stay and the island. Next time I would spend a little more and get a villa with a private pool 😀

Découverte d'îles grecques (Céphalonie et Ithaque) encore méconnues et préservées. Magnifiques, luxuriantes avec des paysages fabuleux. Un savant mélange d'activités diverses (plage, ballade...) a rendu ce séjour dépaysant et reposant.

Negatives - very inflexible reservation staff. I booked 5 rooms for my family and ended up adding an additional nights. Considering the size of the booking, I would have thought they would have been much more accommodating with my requests.
Positives - The Resort was great, lots of space for kids. Great pool areas and the food was decent. Fresh fruit at mealtimes were excellent.

Insgesamt eine schöne und saubere Anlage. Der Service lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Großer Minuspunkt: Die Gläser waren morgens wie abends immer dreckig. Wir waren in dem neuen Teil des Hotels. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war hochwertig, allerdings wurde ziemlich unsauber gearbeitet.

Excellent séjour à l'Apollonion Resort de Xi Beach.Excellente nourriture et service impéccable sauf au bar près du restaurant où les sièges en bois ont presque tous des fientes d'oiseaux ( le personnel ne les nettoie pas même après une remarque) et les sièges en tissus sont très vieux et très sales. Les chambres sont bien conçues et très agréables, nettoyage quotidien très satisfaisant. Belle piscine et très belle plage de sable fin à 300m idéale pour les familles et les seniors. Nous n'avons pas rencontré de francophone durant notre séjour d'une semaine, anglais très utile. Voiture indispensable pour des visites intéressantes (Argostoli et ses énormes tortues marines à voir le matin entre 9h et 11h, criques superbes et villages de montagne ...). Pas de moustique ou très peu pour un séjour du 17 au 24 septembre avec eau de la mer et de la piscine bien agréable.

hôtel à la déco plutôt triste ( couleurs ternes) et pourtant peintures récentes, nous n'avons pas apprécié d'avoir pour deux une chambre familiale avec mezzanine, ce qui la rendait beaucoup moins jolie. Coussins, sièges à la piscine ou au bar sales
très belle salle de bains, très bonne insonorisation
une très jolie plage de sable à 400m,idéale pour des enfants
Point vraiment faible: la qualité du buffet, nous ne nous sommes pas régalés sauf à la soirée grecque, 4 desserts au choix chaque fois et souvent les mêmes( + des fruits)
Bon emplacement de l'hôtel grâce au ferry qui permet de traverser directement de Lixouri à Argostoli

Overall a great place and would definitely recommend! Only complaint was the pillows not being firm.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Very disappointed to find the pool and the whole pool area closed at 6pm - this seemed very early, especially on hot days - we had to go to a friends hotel after 6pm. There is only one pool which felt rather small for the size of the hotel -the other pool shown in the photos was for the private use of certain guests. The pool often felt busy, even though the hotel wasn't full. Breakfast was ok, no fresh juices. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful planting around the grounds. Plenty of parking. Locally there isn't much on offer - a few tavernas by the beach, but Xi beach isn't very nice. For a nice beach you have to go to Patani - half an hours drive. The children claimed the wifi wasn't very good

Overall hotel very nice and got a complimentary room upgrade however service wasn’t very good, and in the bar was extremely poor. On one occasion my group of 6 waited approximately 30 minutes (possibly more) to receive some drinks. The bar wasn’t even very busy at the time and there seemed like there were sufficient staff around. On pretty much every occasion though the drinks took a lot longer than they should have and the staff never seemed terribly apologetic.
I would give the hotel in general 4-5 stars. Service by the pool/bar area 1-2.
