Great area, lot's or restaurants and bars around. If You are with car, you will have a hard time, don't use this hotel if you are coming with a car. Parking was 25 eur per night. The parking spot was 10 minute walk away from the hotel and hard to find with unclear instructions provided by the reception.

Pros:

It was clean - pure white linen as the name big beds

Cons:

Just one thing stairs to go out with suitcases. The lady at reception helped me carry my bag very nice lady

As for the value , you get much more than you pay for,
The place is safe , guest needs to scan card before can enter hotel main door as well as elevator.
The location is near tram or public transportation.
The room is clean and in great condition. Super Cold Centralized aircon .
No foul smell in room or doorways only neutral smell . No heavy or strong hotel perfume.
