We came to Dallas for a family emergency and to be honest our experience, overall was horrible!
Cons:

The cleanliness of our stay or room wasn’t good. When we first walked in, our room smelled musty and was hot. The restrooms floor was dirty, stained with footprints. And then we found a cockroach next to one of the beds. Also you could see handprints on the glass frame on the wall. Oh and there was hair in the shower as if it wasn’t cleaned after previous guest. That being said, we wake-up to find out that our vehicle was broken into!

Well kept. Clean. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Housekeeping knocked on my door even though the Do Not Disturb sign was out.
The Texas State flag and American flag were both in total disrepair. Filthy. Torn. In need of replacement.

Necessity rather then want to stay there
Pros:

Struggling to find something we liked

Cons:

Facilities were tired. No toiletries which was an issue as ours were stuck at the airport due to flight cancellation. Needed quarters to use the laundry did not have any and did not try to resolve for me
