Pros:

Staff and location was great

Cons:

We had a light out that didn't get replaced. The toilet and floor in the bathroom were wobbly. The fridge was not cold and freezer didn't freeze and a small ice pack.

For the price I would have expected more decent clean. Including manager location, staff is not very helpful

Pros:

Nice size and friendly staff easy to park and get around was close to everything I needed to do.

Cons:

The room rug and somethings Could be a little cleaner but was crazy dirty.

Lights could be brighter in the bedroom or more opinions.

I was so pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was, I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

I was impressed with the room, the decorations, the lighting, the A/C, the hardwood floors upon entry, and even the bathroom! I even took pictures of the room and bathroom 😆 to send to friends to show them how amazing my room was. The breakfast was good. It was a little sparse but it served its purpose. I love the location since it is so close to the airport. I also love the shuttle service, not having to pay for an Uber was awesome! The shuttle bus driver was very nice.

Cons:

The only minor thing to complain about was that the remote control for the tv wasn’t working but it was ok, I just used my computer to watch something. The light on the phone continued to blink the entire time and I couldn’t get it to turn off! Just a little distracting but no big deal!

Cons:

I was told that a shuttle would be available to get me to the airport at 5 am. When I got to the hotel the clerk said he didn’t know if a shuttle would be available so I had to park at the airport and had to pay a $42.00 fee.

Close to venue. Ample parking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Rooms could use a minor refresh. Also lots of in room light pollution. Would be nice for fewer glowing items in room.

I had the most blessed and fun time!
Pros:

The property was clean. The flow of the hotel was great. It wasn’t hard to navigate in and out of hotel with luggage.
