　洗面の不具合はすぐに対応してくださり直していただきありがとうございました。
　設備面の問題としてはバスルーム・洗面の照明と換気扇が同じ一つのスイッチでしかon,offが切り替えられないので、寝るときに換気扇をつけるとバスルーム・洗面から室内が明るく照らされてしまうので困りました。結局、換気扇を切って寝なければなりませんでした。バスルーム・洗面に湿気がこもってしまうのが嫌でした。なぜ別々のスイッチになっていないのでしょうか。
　あと、ツインルームなのにお茶とコーヒーが各1種類一つづつなのはちょっとケチ臭いです。各2つずつセットしてほしいです。
　その他はタオル置き場の棚が落ちて来そうでした。
　ルーム清掃は特に問題はありませんでした。ベッドメイクも良かったです。
　朝食はメニュー数も揃っていて味付けもよく美味しかったです。スタッフさんたちも親切でよく動いていました。フレッシュジュースがあると大満足です。
　フロントスタッフさんもフレンドリーで良かったです。
　また今週末に利用しますので、よろしくお願いします。

Pros:

最近ホテルにランドリーが増えてきましたが、ここは、1時間から1時間半ほどで100元と有料です。時間も10:00から22:00までと制限があります。せめて24時間営業にしてほしい。
そのほかは、松江南京駅から2番3番出口から5分ほどの好立地。コンビニは近くにいくつもあります。
バス停もすぐそばなので移動には便利なところです。朝食は特に普通なバイキング形式。かもなく不可もなかってところ、歩いて台湾朝飯があるようには思えなかった。ホテルの前に、パン朝食の行列ができてる屋台のような小さなお店が朝オープンします。平日毎日人気でした。ロビーに無料のコーヒーと紅茶がありました。マッサージチェアも快適。

シャンプーとボディソープはあるがリンスがない。
トイレにも石鹸ではなくハンドソープが欲しかった。
時計がないのでいちいちスマホを確認しないといけない。サイドテーブルの端が下に向かってカーブしているので暗い時に物を取ろうとするとすぐに落ちる。
景色は悪いが朝6時頃に向かいの商店のおじいさんが準備しているのを見られる。
風呂の水を溜められるのは嬉しいが空調が寒いし調節の仕方がわからなかった。

松江南京駅やバス停から近いので交通の面では便利だと思います。ホテルの近くにはセブンイレブンもあります。また、大通りから一本入ったところにあるので比較的静かです。部屋も綺麗で毎日掃除に入っていただけたので文句なしです。
特にスタッフの方が丁寧で優しいです。ロビーを通ると必ず挨拶してくれますし、帰国日は夜中にも関わらずタクシーを呼んでくださいました。本当に感謝しています！次台湾へ行くときはまたこちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。

スーペリアツインに宿泊しました。ビジネスホテルとしてはコストパフォーマンスが高いです。
ＭＲＴ・バス停から徒歩数分、コンビニまでは20mの距離です。立地は申し分ないです。
フロントは日本語対応でしたので助かりました。
室内はリノベーション済みで綺麗です。トイレはウォシュレット付きでトイレットペーパーは流すことができます。バスタブ付きですが床からそこそこ高さがあるのが難です。ＴＶリモコンと電動カーテンの操作方法がわからなかった。
朝食のビュッフェ会場は広く、テーブル配置もゆったりしています。このクラスのホテルとしては品数は多い方で、味にクセはなく美味しくいただきました。
コスト、利便性重視でリピートありです。

朝食がついていると思わなかったのですが、一通り揃ってる感じでした。ベッドに関しては、枕が固くて、いつも低めの枕で寝ているのでちょっと首が痛かったです。バスタブが付いていて良かったですが、小さい子供や高齢者だと跨ぐのが大変そうだなと思いました。また、排水もバスタブから直接ではなく一度床に排水されて、床の排水溝から抜ける造りだったようで、あまり勢いよく排水しないように気を使いました。
それ以外は不自由なく、お掃除のスタッフさんや受付のスタッフさんみんな挨拶してくれて感じが良かったです。

Nice property with spacious rooms, staff was professional and helpful with limited english. Breakfast was not the best but the location is great so there are plently of dining options. Less than a 5 minute walk to the MRT.

台湾出張の度に利用しておりましたが、2025年6月は駐車場の所に喫煙所がありましたが、2025年7月から喫煙所の撤去、ホテルの周りで喫煙できなくなりました。

また、防音対策が不十分で、スイートルームを利用しましたが、隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえで、寝不足になりました。ビジネスホテルなんだから、夜のハッスルは勘弁して欲しいですね。。。

次回から別のホテルを利用したいとおもいます。
