This was my first time at Arts & Animation and I will definetly be coming back! I love the design and decor. I love how clean it was and how it was so easy to get around and transportation available to the theme parks.
Location to the Disney Skyliner. Room was a bit worn but clean and comfortable. The quick service food was tasty and had healthy options.
Amazing
I loved everything about the resort expect for housekeeping. The last day there they started to knock on our door at 7:30am, then again at 8:15 and again at 9:46 and again at 10:15 and again at 10:50.
We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am.
Everything was really nice, the bedroom bed could be bigger then a full size that they put in there.
Great experience child and adult friendly
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and very nice. The on site restaurant had a number options. Since this resort is aimed at children we expected it to be quite noisy but it really wasn't. We would stay there again.
Amazing Disney Christmas Celebration Trip .
Beautiful decorations and the marvelous sounds of the Voices of Liberty at the American Pavilion at Epcot. Candlelight Procession inspiring.
Travelled with 3 adults and LOVED the two bathroom. Layout of rooms provided privacy!

I found a dirty underwear in the bathroom
The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She didn't provide us with clear directions in how to get to our rooms. ( the hotel has several buildings). We had to walk a lot and figure it out on our own where our room was located.The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom door hits your needs and the room door is inches away from hitting the bed. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.

Best Value resort on Disney property! Super clean, outstanding customer service. Lots of amenities. Huge heated pool and they even had a summer movie night out at the Big pool. Highly recommend and we will be back.
