Все отлично от заселения до выезда,единственное в полулюксе не открываются окна на балконе и ковёр с пятнами.

Приветливый персонал, комфортные номера. Хороший завтрак.

Все супер.Все понравилось.

Хороший отель для командировки. Останавливаюсь не первый раз. В номере все есть. Завтрак норм, голодными не будете. Отель под одним крылом располагает 3х и 4х звёзд* номерным фондом.

Приятный отель: чисто, номера - хорошие.. душевая - чуть старомодна, но в целом, все хорошо. Завтрак как в советской столовой- каши, котлеты и пр, обычные Яйца и пр тоже есть. Овощей маловато. В целом, тоже ок.

Гостиница соответствует заявленным звездам, хороший завтрак, комфортный номер, приветливый персонал. Хорошо подходит для командировочных.

The Grand Hotel Oka Premium has lived up to all our expectations. It has a good location in just half an hour reach to the center of the city by public transport (the stop is in a few minutes' walk); nice and well-cleaned rooms (we had the one with two adjacent rooms and a private bathroom with a bath and a separate shower-unit at the same time), a good restaurant with affordable prices. The staff have never let us down either. The swimming pool with different kinds of whirlpool and massage water jets appeared really pleasurable too. Taxi to the railway station or downtown costs $3-5 per ride. Next to the building there is a big supermarket which was also a plus. The only days when the hotel could be really crowded or noisy might be the ones when there are ice hockey games of the local "Torpedo" team as The Palace of Sport where the games take place is the next building in Prospect Gagarina. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there immensely and very much hope to be back some time in the future.

Наверное, это уже 5е моё посещение этого отеля. В общем-то, все устраивает. До кремля можно добраться на маршрутке. В самом отеле все хорошо, номера хорошие. Есть круглосуточное кафе на 5м этаже с демократичными ценами. Видовой ресторан на 11м с бизнес ланчем за 380р. Дают купоны на ресепшене на пиво\чай и сауну\бассейн. Можно попробовать сэкономить, т.к. часто снижают цену ближе к времени заезда. Соседний "бизнесccc" не рекомендую. Один раз там остановился, первый и последний.

Not odd, that the hotel located in this small city in Russia is very inhuman. Soviet style of everything, it’s very ridiculous that they don’t allow taxi to drop-off and pickup even. First time in the world I have heard this stupid policy. Very unpleasant place.

Отель со свежим ремонтом, состояние общественных зон и номера очень хорошее. Персонал приветливый и сервис вполне на уровне. Единственная проблема - месторасположение отеля. До центра пешком не дойдешь, а рядом с отелем ничего интересного нет. Обещанный вид на реку оказывается небольшим кусочком реки вдалеке. А так окна номера-студии выходят на пустырь и полуразрушенные здания. В отельном комплексе есть очень приличная сауна с небольшим, чистым бассейном.

While the hotel is Ok for 4-star, my check-in experience will never make me come back. In short, I am Russian citizen living abroad, and they refused to check me in with my international passport. They wanted either my domestic Russian passport or some sort of a document proving that I live abroad. This was absolutely shocking as international passport is totally Ok ID which I use for crossing borders! I stay at different places often. No other hotel in Russia I ever lived in demands this. End of the story: I found a copy of my green card at my laptop and with that they let me in. But, really, I am not going to risk my next stay in Nizhny with them as they were going to leave their guest at the street because of an insane requirement and who knows what they will demand next time.

This was my first time in Nizhniy Novgorod. I don't know if there are better hotels in town but based on Expedia OKA Premium looked like a good hotel. Well, the online description was close but ... not exactly what I expected. To start with the hotel staff could not find my Expedia reservation upon arrival, fortunately there were rooms available so at least I didn't have to go search for another hotel in the middle of the night. However the hotel lacks non-smoking rooms and I was put in a smoking one -:(

The room was very small, the heater was blasting full speed so I had to open the windows - at -18C it wasn't pleasant but seemed like the only solution to bring the fresh air and drop room's temperature to a manageable level.

The room had a tiny working desk but to access it I had to move the furniture in the room first! The bedding was terrible, the worst thing was that rubber sheet they put on the mattress under the sheet.

The breakfast in the hotel was nothing to write home about - scrambled eggs, lukewarm coffee...

3 stars at best.
