Sehr schöner - genussreicher Kurztrip
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal - schöner Wellness- / Spa Bereich. Essen und Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben bei den extrem heißen Temperaturen den Pool sehr genossen!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Außen und Innenpool traumhaft. Das Frühstück ein Traum und sehr viel Auswahl. Das Essen war allgemein sehr lecker.

Sehr schönes Hotel in schöner Lage
Pros:

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Das Hotel ist nicht zu groß, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Zum Abendessen gab es ein 5 Gänge Menü, was immer sehr lecker war. Für den Hauptgang stand Fleisch, Fisch oder ein vegetarisches Essen zur Wahl. Einmal die Woche wurde gegrillt. Die beiden Pools waren super. Den Saunabereich haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Genusscard wird auf Wunsch ausgestellt und ist kostenlos. Damit kann man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Steiermark nutzen. Der Eintritt zum Beispiel in die Lurgrotte bei Graz oder die Nostalgiewelt in der Nähe des Hotels ist dadurch frei. Vom Hotel aus gibt es die Möglichkeit schöne Wanderungen zu unternehmen.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass es im Zimmer oder der Rezeption eine Übersicht über mögliche Aktivitäten gibt. Die auf dem Frühstückstisch ausliegenden Zettel gaben da leider nicht viel her und wiederholten sich manchmal.

Die Sitzplatzzuweisung im Frühstücksraum war äußerst unfreundlich und unflexibel, deshalb würde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter/innen sind in allen Bereichen überaus freundlich. Das Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Meine Gattin hatte Geburtstag und wurde beim Frühstück mit Sekt und einem kleinen Kuchen überrascht, was sie sehr gefreut hat.
