Great location and very friendly staff
I had to move the bed to be by the window as wanted to look at the beach and sea

How small the shower is and how thin the walls are. You can hear someone’s tv even if it is on a low volume

The room & bathroom was very small. Would have liked the rooms next door or closer to one another. Building needs some updating. Breakfast was good but cleaner was spraying and cleaning around us. Breakfast room seemed to be used as a waiting area for customers which is a bit off putting when you want a quiet place to eat.
Comfy beds
Found a hair in my breakfast and there were hairs on the soap in the communal bathrooms on the landing area

It was very central to everything in Tenby an it has lovely views

Our room had some wear and tear - which we perfectly expected , but it also had some stains and some hairs that weren't ours!
We didn't get the best welcome but other staff we were encountered were happy enough.
Very dog friendly, staff were wonderful and room small, but very clean and comfortable with amazing view. Would recommend the breakfast.

Cheap, Cheerful and a superb Location
It’s a little tired.
Ideally situated in Tenby overlooking the beautiful South Beach. The hotel is quite dated but it exceeded my expectations. The room was cosy and comfortable. Lovely bed and a great shower. Lovely breakfasts as well with friendly, welcoming staff.
The room was quite basic but I was expecting that. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.
Problem with the heating was sorted out within 1hr, reception, dining room services, housekeeping were all very good, will definitely return

The sea view room was amazing. Waking up to the sound of the water is incredible.
The water pressure was off so the shower wasnt very good.
The room we were originally given was very tight and small however, James on reception looked to move us into a more spacious room and from there the experience was fantastic.

On arrival,we were told there was no restaurant and no entertainment,our room the floor boards were awful noisy as hell,no Hot water for hours,the bed was very hard aswell.the tv on the first night wouldn’t work kept going off,the people next to us were so
Noisy,the second day,no hot water again,new people arrived in the next room and came home really late and were very loud,also they had a dog with then who kept us awake barking all night.i understand we were in a basic room but to put customers in a room with dogs next door is unexceptable! The room was clean and the location was brilliant,but on this reviews we will not be using this hotel again.
