Very nice, truly.
Pros:

Excellent location with a magnificent view. Close to the beach and stores, easy to walk. Staff was very helpful and kind, facilities were great.

Cons:

I stayed there when it was sunny, so the room was a bit hot, but nothing opening a window can't fix.

stayed with you before a couple of times, as very well located
Pros:

The view

Cons:

the bathroom, shower curtains are awful, the bi fold door is poor as it does not fit, big gap at the top and around the sides
the mattress is is very springy, when I turned over my wife was thrown about and woken up.
Also the window blind does not keep sunlight out much so woken up earlier than wanted

Pros:

The room had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The seaview was amazing. We didn't eat at the hotel so we cannot day anything about it. The location is amazing, it is just a short walk to the beach and to the city centre.

A big car park is close to the hotel, and the price for overnight parking is okay.
