Perhaps a plug that holds water in the sink would be nice, instead of having to line the plug with toilet paper.
Just everything. Friendly, helpful reception (thank You James!), breakfast and dinner can be booked if you wish so and they are excellent at reasonable price; location is perfect, very easy to find.
location was excellent
Very basic rooms . Tiny "bathroom" with concertina style folding door and a small handbasin. Would not recommend if you were with someone you didnt know well or were on the large side as you quite literally would not fit in.
The room was small but acceptable for the price we paid and it had the bonus of a small balcony. The view was stunning overlooking the South beach and the location was perfect. Both the beer garden out the back and the front of the hotel were great too.
I know that the hotel is old but as there was no air conditioning a small fan would have been lovely.
Excellent location directly opposite the beachfront. Great full breakfast included. Thoughtful daily cleaning.
Small room encouraged time to rather be spent in the quaint, well equipped communal lounge or at the pub bingo social.

Location perfect and tables across the road with outside bar and beautiful area with lots of tables and outside TV perfect for sports lovers and evening entertainment lots of beautiful plants and water feature
Room for us on 4th floor dated with sink in the bedroom and door on toilet was plastic space saving one
