Lovely old hotel right on the seafront
Oddly the bathroom sink was in the bedroom, and the ensuite was tiny.
Last time we had a better room
Very clean. cheap. Room was very quiet (third floor) but there was 'entertainment etc (if you wanted it).
Family atmosphere. Great location. Relaxing place to be.
If anything the central heating was too hot :-)

Delayed/late check in
No complimentory drink to apologise for Delayed check in, sat waiting for an hour.
Smart TV didn't work properly ie snart features. Had to watch my phone apos..
No room service.. I just wanted rest but had to eat in tge restaurant. Which was lovely, but not practical for me at that time.
The air conditioning a difficult feature!
Patio doors that weren't accessible onto the bar terrace.. (shame) with windows that only opened a smidge?
Not the best stay for the price. Extra charge for the dog £180 per night..

The location was great
Being a bit of a lump the toilet was a nit of a squeeze.
A very small but comfortable single room. More than adequate for my needs. Despite the very hot weather the room was cool and although I could hear noise from the bar with the window open this had completely stopped by 10:30.
Hotel was well placed to access all of Tenby’s shops and places of interest.
Nothing, no complaints about anything.
