It just worked for us
Nearly everything.
Cost of breakfast increased by 25% on the last day, 10% would have been acceptable.
Lovely location..
I did not stay at the property as the room provided was extremely small so I booked a different hotel for the night as it was a special occasions for me and my partner getting in engaged and the room completely ruined it.. i did speak to the receptionist to see if I could get a refund they replied for me to contact booking.com
Loved location. Room really small.
Reception staff really nice. Cant say that for the tall barman on saturday night. Needs a few lessons on his attitude. Found him quite rude.
On the front Sea view
Dirty toilet rolls bits on the toilet floor and toilet not flushed from what looks to be from the last visitors.
Hotel of a good standing. Comfortable, very good location. Breakfast was great and quickly served.
There was a coach party and guests were noisy talking in corridors when they went to bed at 12.20 am. Someone helping guests to find their rooms was the noisiest. He sounded like he was a staff member or a volunteer of coach party and should have known better. Ladies serving breakfast were impeccable. Gentleman serving breakfast had shirt only tucked in one side and was wearing tennis socks with black shoes. It's a minor thing but a gentle reminder to him to be extra careful with his appearance would look better over the hotel.
The staff were very friendly .Good bar with entertaintment
All things considered this was a good value hotel for a beautiful spot in Tenby.
When you knew what to order the breakfast was hearty and delicious.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Mainly the other guests. Kept on being woken up by drunken welshman roaming the corridors unable to find their room.
Location
Booked sea view room lovely and clean well presented. Booked it for Valentine's wknd, so it was cold wet and windy. The room was freezing, and the heating came on twice a day, with rain water coming through the old wood frame windows. Shame really because it's a nice hotel and the drinks are reasonable priced.. Didn't have food in the hotel booked elsewhere, so I can't comment on that.
Bit plain, but ok
Room facilities, guest lounge
location and cleanliness
