Fab stay in great location with a good breakfast
Pros:

Location was perfect with lovely staff especially brooke and the breakfast was great value for money

Cons:

Hotel was great room a little small but didn’t bother us has was only there to sleep

Good value for money in excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff. For the price paid for small single room it was perfectly adequate. I even had a partial sea view! Room very clean and well maintained. Would recommend for proximity to town and beach for a short trip away.

Cons:

As expected areas between rooms are tired as older style hotel but a bit of a better hoover or dust in these areas would help feel less hostel like.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice plenty of choices. Staff so lovely at reception. Very helpful. Very reasonably priced. Right on the beachfront perfect location.

Refurbished room great, rest of hotel ok
Pros:

The deluxe room was lovely, newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with a great view.

Cons:

The bathroom door wasn't great, consiteena and didnt shut.
The room was refurbished but the rest of the hotel is dated and would benefit from a refresh, the bar was not inviting at all (like an old mens club). I wouldnt have felt comfortable solo.
The price is too high for what you get, £140 for 2* in this condition is a lot, even if the deluxe room was nicely done.
