En stor besvikelse , dåliga sängar , spa ingår ej trots Deluxrum. Bra frukost dock
Pros:

Bra frukost med stort utbud. Dock är lokalen nästan som en skolmatsal, inte särskilt mysig.

Cons:

Personalen i receptionen som tog emot var nonchalant, sa varken hej eller önskade oss välkommen. Hotellet var inte fullbelagt på långa vägar ändå fick vi ett rum på nedre botten ovanför
lastkajen för Sopor och tvätt.

Fanatiska sängar, vänlig reception.
Musiken i baren Terry Dollman ….fantastisk
Bra mat, riktigt bra….dåliga viner i paketet.

Cons:

Hemsk bartender (Fed?) (Ted?) ovänlig!
Ljudnivån i restaurangen är gammeldags dålig. Frukosten är 70-tals standard.

The location and view

Cons:

Very basic room and the end of a corridor with a door leading to an outdoor staircase which made lot of noise when people used it. All the noise from the corridor could be heard loud and clear.

Mjukt behagligt och återhämtande.
Pros:

Platsen och miljön servicen vid incheckning.Bra alternativ när man ville boka spa.Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Förrätten var inte tinad dyra priser på maten.
Saknade soppa på menyn.
Stopp i avloppet till duschen på ett av rummen.

Cons:

Nej, det som skulle vara varm var kallt d v s äggröra, prinskorv, bacon, pannkakor, köttbullar. Dålig variation på mjukt o hårt glutenfritt bröd. På det glutenfria bordet delas smör med laktosintoleranta vilket är väldigt dumt då laktosintoleranta äter annat bröd och då kommer dessa smulor i smörpaketet. Rekommenderar små portions pkt till oss glutenintoleranta.

Underbart och fantastiskt
Pros:

Läget och utsikten från vår svit var magisk. Vy över Siljan och underbara solnedgångar, jag kunde knappt slita mig från fönstren.
Spa-avdelningen var så fin, härligt när det var så varmt ute.
Frukosten perfekt, det fanns allt man kan önska.
Personalen väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Cons:

Middagen var bra, men personalen väldigt stressad. Vi fick inte vårt vin och avbokade till slut desserten, för vi fick den aldrig.
Kan bero på värmen som var då, för man såg att personalen var väldigt varma och stressade.
